importing thumbnails automatically for youtube videos has suddenly just stopped working. was working last time I checked the other day, no changes been made on my site. Not sure if YT have changed something or something needs updating? Theme and vidorev plugin both up to date on install
fixed, was a wp setting for default featured image when a post doesnt have one, must have changed with latest WP update

Need for my users to upload .mov videos, A user tried to upload a .mov video and a message popped up saying “You are not allowed to upload files of this type”. Please help, I have a S3 bucket to store the .mov video files not using the WordPress Library for storage.

this is not a problem specific to me. also i bought this product and there is a general problem with the theme. you have to solve this problem with an update. according to themeforest rules we will receive lifetime updates. everything is not money. solve the problem.

Hello, with Complianz enabled the VideoRev Videoplayer is blocked from loading. Theres also an error in the Browser-Console. When cookies are accepted the video player spins forever but does not load the video. When the site is refreshed the video then loads. This happens on each page with your video player. I tried all video players in the theme. Please help – The complianz plugin is crucial for every european site.

Hi, Im trying to figure out is there a way to allow subscribers to a channel to also post to that channel, not just the channels owner?
Or – idealy – can it be made so that when posting a video there is the option to select a GROUP from youzify that the user is a member of. This would be ideal… allows groups of users to create something together (plus a tab within the group to shows group videos!)
Very keen to ave something like this – The group video option would be ideal more than ‘shared channels’ but depends which might be achievable

Administrator Role: you can see all posts and add specific posts to channels or playlists without limitation.
For regular members who do not have access to the WordPress Dashboard, when using the front-end post submission tool, they can only intervene on video posts they create.

When I upload a video to my website using AWS s3 and when it is time to playback the video on my website the ad gets stuck and will not play. But when I link a video from Youtube the ad comes on before the video. Any suggestions of what could be causing the issue. Thank you

I have a question, I am working on a website of a client, which uses the VideoRev theme. Now they would like to just show certain menu items and certain sub items per user role. Say, I want to show: Video Channel (main item) and Add Channel (sub item) and Video Series (main item) and Add Series (sub item). I looked at the code and it seems that multiple menu items have the same capabilitie. Does that mean I can’t just show certain menu items for a certain role?

It does not support bulk imports and only supports certain data. All of this data is saved in a custom field of the post.
