I fixed it with manual activation, sometimes it won’t be possible to activate the theme because your hosting is restricting external access.

The template cannot be easily installed. It has never happened to me. There is always an error caused by the template. I have addressed this with support and they have tried to help me. Unfortunately I don’t have time to deal with the errors that occur when installing the template.The template must be easy to install. I am asking for a refund.
Hello, I just purchased the Soluris theme. I used the purchase code given in the license certificate document once. I got this message “purchase code is invalid. Need a license for activation”. I don’t know if I copy/paste it wrong, but I can’t try again : When I click on “The Soluris theme needs to be registered. Register Now”. I land on the Solutions dashboard with no options to proceed to the theme activation. Theme activation column is blank.
