I’ve been having problems with a Wordpress site I purchased from you, I am unable to change the header logo and there is a paragraph of coding showing on my homepage and theme appearance settings (where I change the header logo). Additionally to this I have also been unable to change other parts of my website due to elementor not working at all.

hi there is some problem with updating Redux (ver: 4.4.16) and Woocommerce (ver: 8.8.3) with your theme. When update Redux to 4.4.16 the logo setting section in Options menu hide. Also when update woocommerce ti 8.8.3 wordpres show an warning about noncompatiblity with medicate theme. So there is necessary to release an new update for Medicate Theme. Thanks

I keep getting different error messages anytime I use the One Click Demo Import feature in WP, but I noticed that all the errors are based on two features: Redux and Slider Revolution. Upon further analysis I realized that those are 2 premium plugins sold separately. If I’m required to buy additional plugins just to use your theme then I guess I’d have to request a refund. I have already created a ticket on your support page. I need a response asap.

it doesn’t work well with the new elementor 3.20.3 it’s helpful to update the theme it’s been too long now without any update if you don’t intend to please say so we don’t buy another extra license
and theme opotions not work well with wordpress 6.4.3
