Lastly, for an update, my client is a doctor, he just wants to take care of his patients. But he works in several locations, but with medical access, he cannot register workplaces, which do not only link to clinics and on this page it is only possible to register with an administrator login, we can change that too.

Currently, this feature is not available in KiviCare. If you need this functionality, it can be achieved through customization.

but my friend, this would be resolved with a simple item called order, or the same item found on the wp pages or click hold and drag…please, in the next update!

You can add an external link to the sidebar menu by going to Settings -> Sidebar Settings.

As of now, there is no feature available for patient membership. This feature is already in our roadmap as an add-on, and we will consider adding it in future releases. If you need this feature on an urgent basis, we can customize it for you.

I understand you have 3 user roles – Doctor, Patient and Admin ( Reception ). I wanted to have NURSE and PHARMASIST user role.

The use case:

Doctor prescribes medicines as and when needed, the nurse should be able to feed assign those medicines and pharmacist should be able to see and issue.

This needs MEDICINE STOCK MANAGEMENT and INVOICING/ PAYMENT Functionality as well.

Does you plugins meet this requirement?

The MEDICINE STOCK MANAGEMENT and INVOCING PART can be handled by WOOCOMMERCE, but its should sync with EHR plugin.

We use the full calendar component, which also provides premium features In KiviCare EHR.

However, in our system, it doesn’t require purchasing a full calendar license separately. If you do purchase it, you can only hide the license key text.

Doctors can not have multiple sessions at a same day-time.

Yes, our KiviCare Theme is also compatible with default Gutenberg blocks. However, our Elementor widgets are not available as blocks. For that, you are free to use other third-party addon plugins. Additionally, our KiviCare EHR plugin comes with WordPress shortcode for front view, which you can easily add on Gutenberg shortcode blocks.

As the main functionality I am looking for is thru plugin, the site will have usual pages which can be build using any block theme of my choice. There is no pre-define function on our KiviCare for that you have do it using manually run SQL query.

If i purchase pro licences then how many clinic can i add and how many doctor can be added? In additional, can doctor add their own stripe?

With KiviCare 2.0, you’ll receive the KiviCare Pro plugin for free.

Right now, there are no specific limits on adding clinics or doctors. However, doctors can’t currently add their own Stripe accounts.

i have a doubt, i have multipole doctors can sign up in a state, district, in appointment users can select location first and then choose doctors, is that possible?

If you need a location selection functionality in the appointment booking flow, it is achievable through customization. If you are interested please let us know.

I am considering to purchase KiviCare 2.0 that includes theme and Pro version. My question is can I edit the theme contents like header, footer, logo, icons, images, background images and icons all sorts of things that cane be done with WordPress theme.If so is it possible with Gutenberg or I need elementor only to achieve this ?

One more issue I have noticed, when booking appointment from frontend and back-end, why the past time bookings are allowed. For example if current time for today is 2.00 PM why user is able to book the appointment at 10.00 AM today. Past timings should be automatically disabled and time slots frok current to further must be shown. Also there is no information shown whether the time slot is available or not.

As per the current plugin workflow, the email address field is mandatory. If you wish to make it optional, customization is required. If you are interested, please let us know.

as for disabling the past time slots, we have already provided this functionality. Please ensure you have set the proper time zone from the wordpress Settings -> General Settings -> Timezone. (https://i.imgur.com/1jT7HiT.png)
