Lastly, for an update, my client is a doctor, he just wants to take care of his patients. But he works in several locations, but with medical access, he cannot register workplaces, which do not only link to clinics and on this page it is only possible to register with an administrator login, we can change that too.

1 – In the plugin, when creating a custom field, how to determine the position in the sequence of each new field created? 2 – How to determine that the fields appear in 3 columns and not in 2 (default)
Currently, it’s not possible to manually rearrange the custom fields. Please note that the KiviCare dashboard is built with VueJS, and the source code isn’t available in the regular version. Therefore, you cannot directly modify the code to display custom fields in two columns.

In your required feature list, KiviCare includes Medication Prescription and Remote Doctor Consultation with Google Meet and Zoom add-ons. However, other features are not available, for that would need to customize them for you.

Regarding enabling doctors on the patient dashboard, by default, all doctors are enabled for that patient.
In regard to the issue with the session start time being smaller than the first session’s end time, can you please elaborate more?
On the doctor session; the Morning session saying Start time must be smaller than end time and Evening session Start time must be smaller than first sessions end time

It’s possible in our KiviCare by using the Elementor widget. We have widgets called KiviCare Doctor List and KiviCare Clinic List but as of now there is an option to search by location.

You mean there is no option to search by location, just to be clear? Ans: Yes.
Is there a way for a payment system where patients and customers can pay their charges and the doctor gets paid? Ans: In the current flow, all payments go to the main account of the admin. As of now, there are no commission modules available, but it is already on our roadmap. We will consider this in future releases.
Can GravityForms be integrated into the Kivi dashboard as an option? Ans: No, as of now, the GravityForms plugin is not compatible. To achieve this, we would have to customize it.
Can I add built-in stuff on the dashboard as an extra, like inner embeds on the dashboard without going outside the dashboard? Ans: No, as of now, there is no option in KiviCare to add a staff module. Customization would be required for that.
Does the web sync with the app if I get that later? Ans: Yes, our KiviCare web is synced with the KiviCare app.
Can there be a unique ID for patients? Ans: This feature is already available. In patient settings, there is an option to enable patient unique ID.
For the rest of your requirements, we checked and found that it is not possible with KiviCare out of the box. Customization would be needed for:

Did you mean that our KiviCare EHR Dashboard page overrides your website’s page navigation?
If yes, then it is not possible because the KiviCare Dashboard is built on Vue.js and it loads on the WordPress admin panel, so it will not conflict with pages.
If you are still facing issues, kindly share a screenshot with us. We will debug it to see what went wrong.

I understand you have 3 user roles – Doctor, Patient and Admin ( Reception ). I wanted to have NURSE and PHARMASIST user role.
The use case:
Doctor prescribes medicines as and when needed, the nurse should be able to feed assign those medicines and pharmacist should be able to see and issue.
This needs MEDICINE STOCK MANAGEMENT and INVOICING/ PAYMENT Functionality as well.
Does you plugins meet this requirement?
The MEDICINE STOCK MANAGEMENT and INVOCING PART can be handled by WOOCOMMERCE, but its should sync with EHR plugin.
As of now, the NURSE and PHARMACIST user roles and the MEDICINE STOCK MANAGEMENT module are not available in our KiviCare EHR system. However, these modules are already on our roadmap as future add-ons. If you need this feature urgently, we can customize it for you. Please let us know.

My requirement is for in-house pharmacy. So entire system should be in sync. Adding medicine can happen 3-4 times a day, and need to be bought instantly from in-house pharmacy. Where the patient need to settle the payment ( or if covered in cashless – a credit note will be issued ).
Nurse should be able to search medicine ( like google search – she will type and instant result should appear, all variation like Tablet A – 5mg, Table A – 10mg etc ), allocate qty.
The pharmacy should be able to see these orders against the each patient and issue medicine per payment terms explained above.
Before final discharge of the patience and generating final invoice – a check list must be followed like - ICU Charges - Bed Charges/ Private room charges - Medicines charges - Doctors Fee - Hospital Fee - X-ray and other such treatment Etc.
Invoice for all above should be generated separately ( as there could be case when a patient have only one line item from above ) and also should be part of a consolidated summary.
Pharmacy should be able to UPLOAD different medicine with all necessary details ( medicines can be in thousands ), and nurse/doctor should be able to access this while prescribing.
You need to think a different scenario for external pharmacy. ( My current requirement is for internal pharmacy, but there are numerous small clinics who don’t have internal pharmacies and patients just need prescription ( no invoice ) so that he can get the medicine from outside.
As of now, we cannot provide an expected time for this addon, as our team is currently assigned to another product. However, if you need this feature urgently, we can customize it for you.

Yes, our KiviCare Theme is also compatible with default Gutenberg blocks. However, our Elementor widgets are not available as blocks. For that, you are free to use other third-party addon plugins. Additionally, our KiviCare EHR plugin comes with WordPress shortcode for front view, which you can easily add on Gutenberg shortcode blocks.

A-2) This functionality is not available. The team section you are referring to is from the KiviCare theme and has separate data from the KiviCare theme. This is currently not synced with the KiviCare plugin data.

Right now, there are no specific limits on adding clinics or doctors. However, doctors can’t currently add their own Stripe accounts.

One more important query. While adding patient record from front-end and admin back-end, I don’t want mandatory email address requirement. Only name, phone number and other details. How to do that? Not everyone wants to give their email address and for other reasons
Yes, you can edit the header, footer, logo, icons, images, and background images using Elementor and Redux Options. However, we only support Font Awesome icons. All modifications can be done using Elementor exclusively, and please note that we cannot provide support for any third-party plugins.
Please answer to this query. Its highly important for me before I purchase it. Otherwise will look for some other alternatives. Also, assume from 1 family member there are 3 patients who wants treatment, do you think that person will provide 3 different email address. It just sound ridiculous, that’s the reason making email address mandatory doesn’t make sense. Let me know if email mandatory can be removed while adding patient name to data from back-end.

One more issue I have noticed, when booking appointment from frontend and back-end, why the past time bookings are allowed. For example if current time for today is 2.00 PM why user is able to book the appointment at 10.00 AM today. Past timings should be automatically disabled and time slots frok current to further must be shown. Also there is no information shown whether the time slot is available or not.
As per the current plugin workflow, the email address field is mandatory. If you wish to make it optional, customization is required. If you are interested, please let us know.
