I’m feeling really frustrated and would like to request a refund. Every time I try to edit the homepage, I keep getting the “Oops! This page can’t be found” error, and Elementor keeps pushing me to buy their service plan. I can’t even change the logo on the site. I would really appreciate remote support if possible, and I’m willing to pay extra for it. Before this, I tried the Newspaper theme, which also caused issues, leading me to request a refund. I bought this theme hoping I could excel in WordPress as a beginner, but it’s been nothing but trouble. Please help or process a refund.

Hey. Is there a way to translate “Search” sign? I can’t find it in “Theme Strings” section.
You can find theme string in appearance -> customize -> theme options -> Theme Strings
I know. I’m saying that you can’t translate “Search” string that appears nearby the “Type to search.. ”. That’s the problem I’m trying to fix.

Hi team, one question. How does the featured video pop-up in single post work? I activate it but it does the same as if I put it in the background, it doesn’t show me the player button above the featured image to play the video.

For layout overlay video play in background, you can choose post layout in single post by edit post and Select post layout
I dont want the background play video
I have in Theme Options > Single Post Settings:
Single Post Layout > Post Layout 8 Post Video Layout > Popup
But in the image theres not a play button, and the video autoplay in the background.
In the post i have Video Type > Video Embed Video Style > Use Customizer Setting Video Url > A YT video

It shows about us page and other pages as well in the footer, but clicking nothing happens. There is no such page?? There are so many things mentioned and nothing is there. I have bought this theme and am really disappointed!
