Currently, we don’t have a dedicated RTL demo available. However, the Sierra theme fully supports RTL functionality. If you encounter any issues while setting up, please feel free to open a support ticket, and our team will be happy to assist you.
There is a bug that is preventing Elementor > Page Layout > Canvas from working correctly in some pages eg CPT, Landing pages, meaning the Header and Footer still remain when Canvas option is selected.
It was discussed in your support form several months but still seems to be a problem. Do you know when it will be fixed?

When the Canvas layout is selected, the header and footer should be hidden. We tested this thoroughly on our local install and were unable to replicate the issue.
Could you please try testing again by temporarily disabling all plugins except for the theme-recommended ones (Elementor, ElementsKit, and KeyDesign Framework)? This will help identify if another plugin might be causing a conflict.

When was the update to fix this issue?
I ask because the issue was logged in your keydesign support forum approx 6 months ago. The response was that it was a known problem / bug and would be resolved in a future update…
Possibly search canvas, header, footer, landing page, CPT to find the ticket.
(I am not out of my 6 months support, hence the post there.)
I believe you are referring to the container issue on pages built with the Elementor Theme Builder. To clarify, there are no issues with the Elementor Canvas template itself—it functions as expected without displaying the header and footer.
The container issue is still on our to-do list, and we plan to address it in the next theme update. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve the theme.

The Sierra theme doesn’t show for me. I can see FinPath etc just not the Sierra one.
What browser and OS are you using to test? I am unable to replicate the issue you’re having.
Hi, I am using chrome and I get this message “The web page at https://sierra.keydesign.xyz/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.” Same happens in Edge.
Can you try testing on another device or test in incognito mode? Our showcase website is up and running, with no reported issues.

When I try to create a new page I see a white page and nothing happens. I am unable to create a new page going into pages/Add New Page. Can you please help me fix this?

Thanks for reaching out! This is a server-related issue. Please open a support ticket with your hosting provider and ask them to increase the following PHP values:
- memory_limit 512M
- max_input_vars 5000
- max_execution_time 300
- max_input_time 120
- post_max_size 64M
- upload_max_filesize 64M

I deregister my license from a temporary WP site and putting it on another temporary WP site. When I try to register the license, it says that: License is already active on maximum allowed product instances, please deactivate this license from active instance(s) and try again!

Some pages have transparent header and some do not. I’ve duplicated pages, but there is no setting for this? why would this happen?

Thanks for reaching out! You can enable the transparent site header feature by editing your pages with Elementor > open the Page Settings options > switch to the Style tab > check with the Header options.

Hello ive ran into a major issue – the site blog posts page and single posts page background color is not editable – where do we go to change this?
Note; i found one workaround by not listing the news page as a post page in reading view.
but the single post page background is still white and we have a dark theme. I’m seeking how to edit the text, the background colors for this area. No documentation you have covers this at all.
