Hi on April 1, 2024, I purchased your Tronix theme and received a purchase code. However, when I went to install demo data it gave an error that I wasn’t authorized. I tried to create a support ticket at support.themepul.com/ticket/new, however, your system is indicating “Error 401 – cant-verify” cant verify purchase code. I’ve copied and pasted the purchase code exactly as provided by Themeforest. Please help.

Hello, bought the theme and I’m getting an error when trying to import Demo data. This is the error I get: An error occurred while fetching file from: https://www.microtechdesign.com/wp-content/plugins/tronix-core/inc/demo/default/customizer.dat! Reason: 404 – Not Found.

Unfortunately, I have to give a completely negative rating. On some servers, as already written here, the template cannot be installed at all. The update is completely bad, it only works with php 8.1, which most hosting has higher. The support does work, I have to praise here, but the template as such is not good .From the beginning when I bought it, there have been problems with it and big ones. I absolutely do not recommend buying it. I only have to praise the support that it works quickly on all problems, yes, but the template is bad.
