Hi, on the Youzify Login Form you can login with both Username or Email but on the Olympus Login Form its Username only, how do I make it both Username or Email?
We released an update to that form. You need to update it; both Username and Email will work fine afterward.

Hi, I have added a “Date of Birth” field to the Signup/Registration in Admin and set the year dates from 2006-1934, basically age 18-90. These years show up correctly in the Youzify signup form but not in the Olympus signup form, in that form they show 2024-1902, why?

We are not affiliated with Youzify plugin developers and need to buy their extensions to test them.
A lot of our customers use them and have not reported any theme-related issues. We try do to our best to fix theme-related incompatibilities if someone reports them, but can’t test all 3-d party plugin extensions.

Hi, I have noticed a problem in the Unyson Extensions, every time I enable the “Stunning header” and refresh the page it de-activates itself and goes back to “Available Extensions”. Any ideas?

Yep, you are right Woocommerce and WPBackery plugins were recently updated. We working on a theme update with updated WooCommerce templates and fresh plugins versions.

Why are there so many missing images in the downloaded demo, especially in the blog section? What are the differences between the demo I downloaded and the one on your website?

Yes, that is. true. That is one of the requirements from the ThemeForest marketplace for their authors. We must replace all content images with placeholders. That was done to prevent any copyright issues.

Hi. That happened because you already activated the theme on multiple instances. We recommend to “deactivate” the theme when you don’t plan to use it on some websites.
We have fixed that issue for now. So now you can activate it on the new website.

My support is expired but I have one question I need answered. On the upper-left side there is a button that controls the slide out menu, what is the CSS selector for that button, I can’t seem to locate the proper selector.

There is an element with the ”.js-sidebar-open” class. On click on it switch the “menu-open” class for the parent ”.fixed-sidebar”.
