Is it possible to change the free shipping bar to a so-called ‘discount progress bar’?

For example: With an order value of $10 the customer gets 10% discount, with an order value of $25 the customer gets 20% discount. And that you then see in the progress bar: Spend another $5 for 10% discount. And when that is full, that the customer sees the following order value: order another $15 for 20% discount.

I purchased the theme for my client’s website nacaocabra.co.za however it’s keep showing 503 error and it’s costing the client so much money…when we reach out to the SP and they are saying The 503 errors is due to your site using up more resources then it should be. You will need to check, identify and correct errors on your site. You will also need to identify what is using up the resources on the site and fix this as well.

Since version 1.3.0, 1.4.1 and 1.4.2, when the product is added to the cart, the free shipping bar does not load at once. I have to update and refresh the browser several times for it to load, this did not happen in version 1.2.2.
