1. Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Hi! When creating a new Layout for Product archive (category), how can I make sidebar collapsible in mobile view? In the original theme widgeted sidebar on mobile collapses into hamburger menu called “Show options” but when designed in Layouts, it doesn’t do that.

Hi, could you fix the related produts settings? If i switch of in Theme settings > Single product > And turn off the Show related products option than nothings happened. It shows the same items what shows it when this option is turned on.
I use the themes widget Products (grid or carousel) and selected in the widgets options page from Data source: Related (single product)

Hello, we recently bought 2 woodmart licences. One licence was installed on a test domain, which was subsequently deleted. After years of using your theme without any problem, today I have encountered a weird problem considering the “Video” element for WPBakery (self-hosted). No matter what, it keeps showing it horizontal (while the video is vertical) and of course again no matter what, it shows only 1/3 of the video height. No matter the changes on aspect ratio I am making, it ignores them completely.

I am in the staging process and I am experiencing a problem:
All category and single product pages need to be designed with layouts that include a sidebar. The sidebar has to be shown on the mobile as well. I am using the “off-canvas column button” with the name “Ver Productos”.
But on mobile, I can not make the sidebar work on single product pages:
While the “off-canvas button” functions correctly on category pages on mobile.
