Is it possible for the seller to define a duration for his listing? For the memberships I want to offer a monthly fee but the seller should be able to define for his individual listing how long this listing is running. Is this possible with your theme or could I use an extension or a plugin for this?
yes listing duration can be limited per package but recurring payments (monthly, yearly) require WooCommerce subscription
You misunderstood. I don’t mean subscription, I mean that the seller can choose to have one listing running for one week, the other for a month and so on. When you sell flowers for mothers’ day you advertise these e.g. for two weeks, not for a month. I want the packages for the sellers to run for a month but I want to give them the freedom to decide how long they want to run their listings within the given monthly package. A coubtdown timer would be nice, WooCommerce offers these but only for single shop websites, not for marketplaces like listeo, so my question would be if you have a solution for me.
I am afraid we don’t have such feature.

There is no such thing as “perfect size” because size of banner depends on user’s monitor size etc. 1920×1080 is gold standard though

Hello, I want to activate the theme that I tried on the test site for my main project’s domain, but I couldn’t find where to deactivate it and why doesn’t the license manager recognize my licenses? Your hosting most likely blocck connection to our server and license couldnt be validated and was verified “offline” on your website

You can ignore this, theme license is validated offline that’s why domain is not seen in licenser manager. We’re about releasing a fix for this in upcoming update.
I can delete this theme from my test sites and activate it on my main site by doing what you said, right? I don’t want to encounter any obstacles because I’m trying it on a different domain because I do this in all my projects.

i have updated my theme (and core plugin) but my faq section and other listing section are not Displaying. So I tried to activate from the frontend menu instead of backend and now i can see the FAQ when i scroll down on the page. But the FAQ link to scroll down (beside Video, Location etc) doesn’t show at all, and my other listings also not. I tried reset caching already. even deactivate wprocket and opened page in new private window.
2. Another issue for me: Before the update I had display issues on the listing page with only one photo. The image was very streched only in Firefox mobile browser (Chrome was good), Now after the update it looks good in firefox browser but is badly streched on Google browser.

Hi, I have a pre-purchase question.
Does the listeo theme have automatic country detection and show the listings nearest to the user without the user manually having to put in their location to search?
What I mean is; Let’s say I have a business directory that’s available worldwide, when a user comes to the site, say, From USA, does Listeo have an automatic detection that auto select the location for them and shows listings from that country without the user manually going to search for the location? (of course the manual way will still be an option)
If I can have this answered with some proof, that’ll be nice and influence my buying decision.

Hello, my listing theme is not generating the tickets…
1. We have already configured the page in the following: https://docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/qr-code-verification-system/However, we cannot configure the page to generate the ticket. - This is the URL that https://zenbook.com.mx/get-ticket/12/ gives us and each reservation increases the ticket, we get the 404 error that the page does not exist.
Now we have created the page manually and it is visible but it is blank. Does it need any shortcode to work? – we have already deleted the page so that it continues adding in the url /12/13/14/15 (because this way it did not do it)

Create static page, set Page Template of that page to “Dashboard Page“, and in page content add shortcode [listeo_qr_check]. in Listeo Core.

We made the update today, and we have the function to scan the tickets, we have already placed the shortcode in listeo core, which works well for scanning, but not for generating.
But… the user cannot generate their tickets with the “Get ticket” button from their reservations, an error like 404 appears and nothing is generated.
Try to go to Settings / Permalinks and click Save without changing anything. If it still doesn’t work consider renewing support and sending us ticket

Another very big UI problem is that the logo and header appear as 2 separate layers in tablet and phone mode. I think this definitely needs to be fixed. This is very disproportionate and abnormal.

Yes blog is not elementor page it won’t be. You can create custom blog page if you wish. Blog is not core functionality of them, just addition
This feature is gone in the new update. Previously, this was an Elementor page and so I could use the “posts grid” node when I edited it with Elementor.

There are serious problems with the category system. The category I added is not visible on the page: “half grid layout 1”, filters are not applied and selections/categories are not synchronized in any way. I bought 2 of these themes but I can’t continue right now because of these problems. I would be happy if you could help me.
Listeo editor > search forms > search on half map layout > categories > type > Here is the problem, checkboxes in row are not synchronized. Drilldown works with taxonomy but this is not good at all as a UI.

Yes you can have digital products. Yes you can disable map functionality. There’s no timezone “calculation” except for opening hours where listing owner can chose his time zone

WC Subscription is needed if you want this to be automated. Otherwise listing owner can pay again manually for package when his listing expires

What are the available ways of uploading new listings? 2 years ago, what I did was scrapping places from Google maps, getting a CSV with hundreds of places, and from there importing them in a bulk upload. Is there any better way? A Google integration with Google API or something. If there is something like that, also I can understand that, also the information could be maintained in sync with Google Maps info

There’s is no dedicated solution for this as there is no demand, people rarely import businesses from google.
And how do people start the website/app without listings loaded? I mean… if I were a store, I would expect uploading my store info to an application that has many stores loaded
