After the update i have a lot of problems with the theme the main cause i believe is to be the animation addon plugin which i causing errors to the site and prior i think it was the WCF plugin. Need some help on this ASAP

Some demo’s working fine but i cant go down on the mobile app demo and software demo.

Try to open it on your physical smartphone.

We have the Arolax WP theme installed and activated. However, after migration, we are unable to activate the theme because it was previously activated on the development site, which is no longer accessible since the site has been moved live.

Additionally, there is an issue with the Arolax Essential plugin—activating it results in a blank white screen. Without this plugin, several functionalities are not working properly, including:

The menu is not appearing.

Font colors have changed.

Theme options are missing.

Since this plugin is crucial for the site’s functionality, we need to resolve this issue urgently, as the website is now live.

​Hey!

I have no idea what happened, I went to my website and all the portfolio pages weren’t working. Then, the Arolax theme required an update.

And after I updated, there is now a critical error on my website and it won’t appear in the browser anymore.

​I deactivated those animation two add-ons (that I have no idea where there came from), but the site is still inoperable.

And as I try to submit a ticket, it seems my support “just ended” right before this update.

Please help!
