I am trying to install the required plugins onto my site, and for the Option Tree and WeddingDir plugins, I keep getting an error message. The error message reads “An error occurred while installing Option Tree: Download failed. Accepted.” I can’t figure out what is causing the issue. Could you please provide me with some guidance? Hello- I am starting a new thread, because I don’t see a “Reply” button on the last comment you made. Here is the original message: We purchased the Wedding Directories theme. In the installation instruction video, it shows that in the download folder, there should be a folder titled “Theme”. I am not seeing that folder whenever I get the download from themeforest. The only folders included in the zip drive are “Documentation”, “Licensing”, and “Sample Data”. Where can I get this theme folder that is being shown in the video?. My sincere apologies — I mistakenly left out the theme folder from the Main_Files.zip in the last update.
Please allow me 1 hour to correct this. In the meantime, you can download the theme directly by selecting the “Installable WordPress file only” option from the download section.

Hello , 1.I am facing an issue in payments.While the payment was made through PayPal and the money was transferred, the site gave an error that PayPal had an issue and the vendor did not receive the package and invoice .

The filtering functionality is already available on the Find Listing page:
For example:
A. I’m a new couple visiting your website and want to find venues based on my location and category.
B. I visit the site and use filters to view listings based on my selected location and category.
C. I can apply multiple filters such as price, rating, and available facilities to find the best match.
D. Once I find a suitable listing on the results (Find Listing) page, I can request a quote from the vendor and view more details on the listing’s individual page.
E. So my question is: why would we need filters again on the listing details page, when the user has already refined their search before reaching this point?

Not listing details page, I have created new page like location page and added the all Mumbai location listing manually with Elementor that page I want to add filter bar. can I add filter in widget and then call on page sidebar is it possible??

having issues installing the theme, not letting the dashboard for vendors to work is giving error, and doesnt proceed after importing all the data it gets stuck need assitance with this situation,it stays in blank and doesnt do any

Location Bulk Import Tab work with live ( FREE ) API key to import selected Country + State + City data to selected taxonomy. Now this API version move to paid with stop the live API key access.
This is the reason, Bulk Import Location features stop.
Don’t Worry ! WeddingDir Product have sec option CSV File to import the location with your selected taxonomy. you will easy to do with this feature.

I am creating a subdomain to install all the demo content on so I can create the site from scratch and not have all the extra stuff in my main site that I dont need. When I’m asked to authorize the theme, its saying that my code isn’t any good. Can I get an additional code to use on my test subdomain? I also bought this template on a new account. I accidentally logged in using google instead of my email and now I have this purchase attached to this account and all my other purchases on my other account “havokmega”, is there any way I can just get a copy to that account to use for my subdomain?
Also, the documentation isn’t very helpful that comes with the zip file. I’m glad I came to the comments and found https://wp-organic.gitbook.io/weddingdir-wordpress/getting-started/getting-started – You should put that in a readme file with the zip download to make it easier to find. Just a suggestion.

Hello i am facing an issue with expired listing. I have made a registration for a vendor (has the verdor role) , i got my free plan which expires in few days . First i dont getting any email before the listing is going to be expired . Second , when the listing is expired then it is still showing in active mode (in vendor “listings tab” and in the search-listing page , but the plan is INACTIVE in Vendor dashboard.. Third, when i click on “Edit” button in this listing from vendor listing tab ..it says the expected below message :
Hello test test,
Your pricing plan is expired dated on 03-04-2025.

Fourth, I tried also to run the wp-cron manual by searching the URL https://my-site/wp-cron.php .. but nothing ..its still active Also i tried to run the wp-cron manually from wordpress tool > cron event > puc_cron_check_updates-weddingdir-listing (Clicking Run Now) Also i added the ” define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false); ” in root/wp-config.php file , i done all of the above but stillnothing.. Last but not least ,when i go to take again the plan , then the listing turn to draft mode directly…
I dont have an cache plugin active too. Please help me i thing i have already done all the steps , maybe something is going on with the code..!

If you are using {{site_name}} key word in email setting then it’s change with Site name.
Site Name : Open your backend dashboard. Go to Settings → General in the sidebar. Edit the Site title box to adjust your site’s title.

1st – Goto listing category > create / edit > choose category icon search venue and select.
2nd – Goto setting option > Listing Setting > Listing Currency Sign. Save it.
3rd – Pricing plan only work for vendor’s. if you wish to pricing plan work couple side then it’s paid service.
4th – Yes, WeddingDir provided payment gateway work for vendor’s pricing. if you wish to create your payment gateway it’s paid service.

Expired listing will work with WP-Cron.
Each 24H will automatically check the vendor’s pricing plan wise date expired after vendor’s listing status change publish to draft mode.
Make sure your listing author is vendor user ( role ) then this function will work.

Make sure dynamic page such as Find listing page, listing singular page, couple dashboard, vendor dashboard will not modify with elementor rest pages you can modify it.
