We have purchased and installed on a fresh Wordpress installation your theme and imported the Cosmetics demo. However, since the start, we’ve noticed that there’s broken elements, specifically the styles, we will give you a list, at first we tried to start fixing them but it appears that something greater is not working properly thus why we are having this issue, we have tried reinstalling wordpress with new database from scratch and importing but again the same issue occurs, we always install every plugin same issue. Here’s a list of the issues in order for you to investigate:
- Broken search, product response is completely broken, the effects are not loading - Hover effect on the menu header does not have any effect, on the demo there is effect - The X background is broken, we have fixed it in the search but for example in the cart is broken, clicking on create profile also - The circle besides the selected menu is missing - Wishlist is completely different - The font is different and looks broken

I cant activate the theme because i get a JS Error.. now i cant edit Theme Options, my whole website is broken.. one day it just lost activation.

today i finally got an error message (god knows why i haven before) and because of activating SSL (httpS) my activation needs to be reset. Ich created a Ticket on FRESHDESK – thats where the error message was leading me.
Is this still activate besides ticksy ?

Hello, I am trying to reactivate my Saren theme license on my main domain, but I am unable to do so because it shows as already activated on the temporary domain that was automatically generated when I first activated my hosting on Hostinger: Error message: This purchase code is already activated at ”” If you think there’s a mistake please contact with theme support. That temporary domain is not my final site; it was just created when the hosting started. I kindly request that you unlink my license from the temporary domain so I can activate it properly on my main domain. Thank you in advance for your help.

Some of our demos don’t include detailed About or Contact pages, so the links in the footer are there purely for visual purposes.
For example, the Fashion 2 Demo (which you mentioned) doesn’t have About or Contact pages, whereas the Furniture Demo does: https://saren.pethemes.com/furniture/about-us/ or the Fashion 1 Demo: https://saren.pethemes.com/fashion/about/.
The inclusion of inner pages such as About or Contact depends on the purpose of the demo.
We also have a template library that allows you to mix and match demo elements, so you can quickly insert an About page from one demo into another.

There’s an issue on my WooCommerce website. When I visit a product page for the first time (e.g., after clearing the cache or opening it in a new browser tab), clicking the “Add to Cart” button causes the page to reload, but the product is not added to the cart. However, if I click the button a second time, it works as expected and the product is added.
This behavior repeats every time I visit a product page from scratch — the first attempt fails, but subsequent clicks work. Will you be able to resolve the issue without any complications if i extend the support service?

Hi, I’m very interested in purchasing the Farah theme — I really love the page transition animations (especially the block-style effects).
Before buying, I’d like to clarify something: If I disable AJAX navigation from the theme settings, does the Page Transitions feature itself also get disabled? Or does it remain active and continue to work with full page reloads?
Ideally, I’d like to disable only AJAX, but still keep all the page transition effects (in and out) working as they do with AJAX enabled.

I didn’t fully understand your question — page transitions load pages via AJAX and can be enabled or disabled from the theme settings. Other AJAX functionalities work independently of page transitions. Could you clarify exactly which AJAX feature you want to disable while continuing to use page transitions?

Hi, apologies, you’re absolutely right! I mistakenly mentioned Farah, but I’m actually interested in the Saren theme.
Let me clarify my question: I’d like to disable the AJAX page loading, but still keep the in/out page transition animations (like the block-style transition) that normally happen when navigating between pages.
So, what I’m asking is: If I disable the AJAX page load feature in the theme settings, will the page transition animations still work, or are they tied exclusively to AJAX?

Unfortunately, the page transition animations only works with AJAX so there’s not an option included for using page transitions without AJAX.
Since the page transitions works synchronous with in the pages; animations works with AJAX. This means the target page needs to be loaded before a click interaction so to transitions work properly.

1. By “error” I mean input field validation. Try to submit the https://saren.pethemes.com/electronics/saren-checkout/ checkout with empty fields and you’ll see the validation errors pop up which can not be closed.
2) Also Yith compare button on https://saren.pethemes.com/electronics/shop/ and quick shop are not proper. Send me your email and I will get you the screenshots.
To be honest I am little worried to get into this theme as the demo is slow and buggy with mixed reviews.

I would like to use this theme in French, but I’m facing several issues.
It often happens that you use esc_html() to wrap text, instead of esc_html__ or esc_html_e which would allow for translation.
For example, in woocommerce/cart/cart.php, we have: esc_html(‘Your Cart’, ‘saren’).
Unfortunately, a tool like Loco Translate cannot translate “Your Cart” here; it would need to be esc_html__(‘Your Cart’, ‘saren’).
