Installed Mow Core and site broke – Critical Error on the site, how do I get refund?

We’ve recently purachse the them and set on a test server and now we’re having issues to make it live on the main domain. License key is not working. Can you tell us how to fix it?

Sorry for the late response. Changing the exact width and height of the widget thumbnails would require customization. However, our theme already provides layout options, and each layout comes with its own image sizes. You may try switching layouts to find one that best fits your needs.

Hi i want to disable Rating system under blog post how it’s possible? i wasted a lot of time but unable to find the option. as well as there is no option for text logo just need to put the image there are you guys able to fix this issue?

You can disable the rating by editing the post, then scrolling to the bottom of the page and turning off the rating option.
The theme does not have a text logo feature, only an image logo option.

I updated to MoW Theme 4.11. After the update, it shows an available update for the MoW Core 4.11 plugin, but it cannot be installed. I also cannot roll back to version 4.10, and my site speed has clearly decreased after installing 4.11.

Don’t worry — we didn’t add any code that would affect your website speed. The update only includes a small change.
If you’re unable to install the Mow Core 4.11 plugin automatically, you can install it manually. After the failed update, you should see a direct plugin URL. Simply copy that URL, paste it into your browser, and the file will download instantly. Once downloaded, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in your WordPress admin, and install it from there.
And just a small reminder — if you need further support beyond this update, please make sure your support period is renewed so we can continue helping you quickly and effectively.

I bought the theme and I’m shocked!!!! There are so many problems on the RTL demos!!! Why did you tell me it’s okay? The demos aren’t like the demos here.

All our demos are RTL-friendly and have been manually converted to RTL. This means every demo is fully RTL-compatible.
If you want to use any demo in RTL mode, you need to:
Import the demo content you want to use.
Set Home RTL as your homepage (not Home).
Enable RTL in the theme options.
These steps are important. It seems you are using Home instead of Home RTL, which is why you are experiencing so many issues.

I have noticed that the Exclude Posts function in the widget does not work as expected. I tried entering the correct post IDs (for example: 15997), but the posts are still being displayed.
Could you please advise how to fix this issue? Is there a known bug, or should I adjust some additional settings to make the Exclude Posts parameter work correctly?

Since it’s a 3rd-party plugin feature, the issue isn’t related to the theme and falls outside our support scope. The problems are:
The contact plugin is not displaying properly. I imported the demo content of the theme, so it should normally look correct. How can we fix this?
The images in some blog posts appear very small, even though the actual image size is large (for example, 1200px wide). To check, I also used one of the demo content images, but that one also looks small. Why is this happening? Do I need to upload the images in a different resolution, or is there another issue?

First of all, I would like to thank you AGAIN for the amazing theme. The theme is lightweight, written with clean code so I was able to create a fast, good looking site with the help of a child theme that loads super fast. I use the relink template, without elementor and I’m super happy. I want to say once again that your relink page is right on target and keep it up. My question is when can we expect new theme updates, especially the relink page because I believe this template has the most potential. I wanted to ask if you can give me a bit of CSS to remove the “Category block” from the product page? There’s a lot of space before it and after it on mobile. I’ve been able to remove it with CSS from my desktop, I just would like to remove that Category block and bump up the “description block” in it’s place.
