Thanks for purchasing the Kraft theme! The demo logo is 50×50 px but you can use other sizes as needed. The recommended size is 250×100 px for optimal display. Images in the demo vary depending on the layout such as Grid, Masonry, Wide and so on. If you need the exact dimensions for any specific section I can provide them.

Their Elementor widgets don’t show up in the Translation Editor or String Translation, so they stay in Spanish. I’ve resaved the page, refreshed the translation, scanned the theme/plugins, and added a wpml-config mapping for Elementor widgets, but these specific elements still don’t appear. Could you advise how to make these widgets detectable by WPML? Thanks!

In the Portfolio section, the text editor field used to embed a form isn’t rendering shortcodes—they’re displayed as plain text instead.
Could you please confirm whether the shortcode is being added in the Thumbnail description or the Portfolio Details description? Also, could you let me know which shortcode you are trying to use?

1. Is there a way to clone/duplicate portfolio items? Yes, you can duplicate portfolio items using a free plugin such as Duplicate Page . Once installed, it will add a “Duplicate” option under each portfolio item for quick cloning.

The Kraft theme comes with multiple pre-built demos/layouts. To switch the template look, you’ll need to import the desired demo data.
1) Go to Appearance > Import Demo Data 2) Select the demo you’d like to use 3) Click ‘Import Demo Data’
Importing a new demo may override some of your existing content, so it’s best to do this on a fresh installation.

Please update both the theme and the theme’s core plugin to their latest versions and then check again. This should resolve the error in most cases.

Temporarily deactivate all plugins except the theme’s required ones, then check if the editor works. If it does, reactivate plugins one by one to find the culprit.

Thanks for trying those steps. At this point, the issue will need deeper investigation, which would require active support coverage. You can renew your support period via ThemeForest to proceed.
In the meantime, one quick thing you could try is enabling WordPress debug mode to see the exact error message. This can sometimes point directly to the cause.
You can enable it by adding these lines to your wp-config.php file: define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true ); define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
After that, revisit the portfolio editor, then check the file wp-content/debug.log for any errors. This may help us pinpoint the problem.

it seems that when i open the website from instagram, the fonts, css file and the portfolio items dont load at all. how can i resolve this?

I’ve checked, and since the website works perfectly in regular browsers (like Chrome, Safari, etc.), the issue seems to be related to Instagram’s in-app browser. This browser often restricts or delays loading of fonts, CSS, or dynamic content for security or performance reasons. It’s a known limitation and not specific to the theme.

How can I translate the portfolio items with wpml? Only the page title is available for translation. What about the description and other texts I have in those pages?
To make your portfolio items translatable, please follow these steps:
1) Go to WPML > Settings in your WordPress dashboard.
2) Scroll down to the section called “Post Types Translation” or “Custom Post Type Translation.”
3) Find the one named “portfolio” (or similar).
4) Set it to “Translatable” instead of “Translatable – only show translated items.”
Ok thanks. And what about the pricing table ? The heading, subheading and button are not translatable. How can I translate those fields?
1) Go to WPML > String Translation
2) Click “Translate texts in admin screens” at the bottom.
3) Search for the pricing table content there (look for the widget/shortcode/element name).
4) Select the fields (heading, subheading, button), then click “Add to String Translation”.
5) Go back to WPML > String Translation, and now you should be able to translate those fields.
But where is the child theme files to download? I only can download the original version. Can you walk me through it?
It’s likely you downloaded only the “Installable WordPress file only” from ThemeForest, which includes just the main theme. To access the child theme and other included files, please download the full package.
How do i install child theme? Also, I have already made changes to the website, if I install now the child theme do i need to do copy or do anything to the original theme?
The installation process for both parent and child themes is quite similar.
If you’ve already made changes to the website and now install a child theme, it depends on where those changes were made.
If the changes were done using the WordPress Customizer (like colors, fonts, or layout settings), those settings are stored in the database and will remain intact even after activating the child theme.
However, if any changes were made directly to the theme files (such as code edits in style.css, functions.php, or template files), those will not automatically carry over and would need to be manually copied into the child theme for them to take effect.
