Anyway I have already purchased the theme and am facing the same problem with the drop down menu hiding behind the slider. Have submitted a ticket but Alard has yet to give me a solution. Hopefully I can get a solution to this matter soon.

Hello, the menu drop-down under “Academics” tab is covered by the slider banner images. I tried your suggestion of: add position:relative and z-index:2 to line 125 #masterhead add position:relative and z-index:1 to line 261 #content_section
But it only works when you first go to page or refresh. Then if you minimize page and do some other things and return, it is hidden under slider again. It happens in ALL browsers.
Also, you should know that even YOUR own Live Preview sample of this template has the same problem. Is there any fix for this? VERY important for all users as well as for your own sample.

If you want to reproduce this problem (It happens in Firefox, Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc) go to the demo and mouse over the Academics tab. It will work fine at first. Then shrink the browser down and go to something else or another window, etc. Then bring up the demo browser window again and mouse over the Academics tab. You’ll see that the dropdown falls under the slider images. You really should not sell this template until you figure out a fix. Your own demo has the problem so obviously it will happen to anyone who buys it.
