I am an experienced Magento installer. As you can see on my badge, I have been here longer than you and bought more themes than you (going on 50 purchases, and mostly magento themes too).
So when we complain, we complain for good reason, and it helps the vendor to improve and serve others better. Just as they are doing right now.

Very happy with purchase. Designer has been easily contactable and everything I needed to customise the theme was there and easy to adapt. Loved the tips that were provided in the style tab in the html templates. Nice little bonus extra.
Magento themes are not easy to install if you don’t know how to, so if this is the case, get someone to customise this for you.
Please don’t remove all the information and extras that you have provided. They are appreciated by those of us who know how to change magento themes and want to do it with a minimum of fuss.
Thumbs up for this theme. Looks and functions exactly as shown and is easily customisable if required. Works out of the box if you are happy with the style as is!!

Hello, We are sorry, but nowhere, there is a mistake in our banner. Features that you are talking about only exist in the “Precise — Multipurpose Responsive Template”
But if I buy it here, the PSD will have this homepage style?
I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. This theme was clearly not ready and was rushed to market.
1) The customisation gear that usually comes with the demo was still on it, and when i emailed for assistance getting rid of it, i was called a spammer, and it took 3 days for them to respond. Only to send me brand new files to download and begin my installation afresh, with no apologies.
2) 555mb full of useless .psd files
3) unnecessarily tedious theme, with lots of small problems everywhere you look. Html codes dissapear; you need a little too much work to change the background to one that is not preset by them; they take 3 days to respond to mails, etc.
4) Read through other people’s feedbacks, almost everyone has something they are complaining about.
This is very very poor, I regret this purchase and I advise others to insist all the problems are sorted before they buy.

Theme already fixed with no gear customisation; 2. 555mb is a full theme with psd files that make you ability to moderate it. Don’t see any problem with this; 3. We are grateful for this ability to fix them;

Hi, why do we have that “settings” gear on the page? I mean the one that allows the visitor to change colours and theme setting? How do i get rid of that please, I dont want visitors to my page having the ability to change the pages colour or settings.

here is what i have so far, nothing seems to be easy, i had to fix your menu code for the top header cause it was screwed up and now the slider header is all shifted up, whats going on with this theme? help me get this right. hell the even the ItemBridge Design gives me an error 404. wth.
Hello, sorry for so long time for replying. There is a possibility that you delete some of theme code when you “fix our menu”. Only thing that can be done, make a clean install of Wordpress and theme

If you are talking about “Recomended Products” you can add almost unlimited number of them. Actually, we don’t test our theme with this extension. So, I don’t know if it works from the scratch. I don’t think it will take a lot of work to integrate them together, in case it doesn’t work from scratch. But, want you to do that or not, it’s your decision.

What you mean “hide the shopping cart”? You mean disable it completely or just to remove it from the header? I think it is impossible to remove this ability from magento (maybe I’M wrong), but it is possible to hide it in css.
same thing here.. Have a few bugs and poor documentation. This theme not production ready!. using default menu will screw up ssl pages I know, No referenced on choosing a frontpage. Three setting in backend and two are the same, page tile will not allow default or no tile setting, file upload button not working on product page custom options, I emailed support also no response.
