Hi, I bought the template but I have a problem with the background of the top bar when the window is resized to “smartphone size”. You can see the difference between the live preview and the downloaded version here.

Hi, when I download the file, I get the old version with the same issue (I see on this page: Last Update 8 June 13). What am I supposed to do to download the updated version? Thank you for your help.
Wait a few hours, it will be approve by Themeforest and you will have the last version ready to use. Everytime you download a item here is the last version.
We did the update today, so you will have to wait a bit more.

We did, this is a HTML Template, not WordPress, you need to edit the code using a code editor.
I have colours blue and green. No brown or purple as shown on the promo page. The promot text says that it comes with 4+ colour schemes.

Hi: I have a couple questions on the template. I will refer to pages in your online demo to keep this easy.
1. On the home page, can you let me know how to change opacity of the black box which overlays the slider image which says: “Spacious and elegant apartment features an excellent layout”
2. Can you let me know if the black overlay box can be removed all together?
3. On the home page as well, where can I reduce the size of the text that says “We have become the fastest growing real estate company in our country”?
4. Finally, on Pages – Property “share on facebook” add your facebook app here how can I get this working or do you have some suggestions or documentation on which app to get and how to integrate it?

This is just like any html template. You can use it with your own database information, you can create your own admin panel, you can convert it into a cms theme, anything you want.
