while I am still considering buying this theme, please don’t deter me from being your customer by shrugging me off. And this comment thread is meant to discuss the HTML version but you have been more then happy to engage your customers about the WP version here. Sorry you didn’t like the post, but that’s part of engaging customers in a forum-styled service.

1- Sorry but what sense does it make to copy paste an information that was updated the next day ? you can refer to the note below the line you’ll find our latest update done 8 days ago confirming that we will publish Glocal on Monday/Tuesday which we did

2- No one is shrugging you off, it’s just that you guys are free to choose whether you want to opt for Glocal or not, it’s just that we’re working hard to deliver a high-end portal and we’re sticking to our latest plans and deadlines, Glocal was approved last week and now we included advanced features in order to offer a better experience to users (would you have preferred to reconfigurate your cpanel and company page twice within the same week ? it makes more sense to have a first version that suits everyone’s needs rather than a first quick version that suits a minority and will increase complaints from a majority)

3- We’re happy to engage prospects & buyers about the WP version, but your last comment is a choice based on your personal opinion so it’s something you can send us via PM rather than discrediting us with unjustified arguments, what value does it bring ?

Here’s an update of the current status:

We managed to find a trick to avoid having complications with Google Map API limitations with “1 company add” per day = 1 request to Google API per day. This should be enough

We will resubmit Glocal on Monday/Tuesday and in addition include the following features:

1- Advanced Search 2- Clean Admin Framework 3- New company Page

Then after our Publication on Monday/Tuesday we will work immediately on the Payment Gateway

The rest of the features & functionalities will be illustrated in a roadmap Thank you

Thank you for your answer. No, I don’t understand because on that case I would just bought the PSD version, wait for your updates, and make all the work by myself or paying a developer to do it. That’s why I bought the HTML version, not expecting that, one day, the improvements (or enhancements) on this “site template” would not be reflected on HTML but only on the PSD file. The question that I would like to be answered is: “Will this template be updated to the same quality as the WP template, not only on the PSD but also on the HTML?”. Thanks.

the answer is simple: if there’s a request for it then yes we will update the HTML version in concordance with the evolution of the PSD & WP version, while if the demand is little then it makes more sense for the buyer to do it himself. so if there are more people requesting that HTML needs to be updated then we’ll do it.

Hi, yes we sent an update of the status yesterday night, so it should be republished next week with some other functionalities. Many people manifested the importance of having it as soon as possible while others were dissapointed because they were expecting more features on the first version, so in order to satisfy a majority we decide to make a first release with advanced search, new company page, fixed issue with Google Maps API, new back-end framework. we’ll keep you posted with the release. you guys will love the new company page Cheers UOU

Hi, so we finally discovered who was the 3rd buyer We at least know that Glocal is compliant with the new requirements of themeforest, we shouldn’t have any problems with getting the theme rejected, so the theme should be online again on Monday/Tueday depending on how long the approval process is (let’s take a worst case scenario, another week)

What we propose is that as soon as the theme is published we refund you the one you purchased so that you can repurchase it and benefit from the updates automatically.

I would recommend you to wait because we’ll be updating it with important features and facelifting the backe-end + creating a new company page so I don’t really know if there could be any collateral damage.

As far as you’re the lucky 3rd one to benefit from glocal i suggest you to explore it already to get familiar with it’s features & functionalities.
