Could you advise me on the benefit or advantage of using Zurb Foundation (I guess you prefer this framework)?

I purchased the Flat Metro theme and I am having problems with customization. A couple of issues I have are -
1. Embedding a YouTube video – I am trying to embed a YouTube video in the page that is linked to Services section. I tried to do that using iframe, or html embed element. But I had problems in both scenarios. With iframes, I see the video overlapped on the Home screen. Embed element doesn’t seem to work (maybe a drupal issue, i am not sure).
2. Renaming a node – I created a project with photos and they appear when I click on Portfolio which is good but when I try to rename “Portfolio” to “Photos”, the click on the Photos node in home screen doesn’t work.

Please suggest. Thanks.
