How large do background images need to be? I currently use the Raiden theme and my background images are 900px wide. If I switch to Ink, will the images still look okay?

really outstanding, beautiful theme, as well as your other work and themes – Raiden for instance. I would hugely appreciate a piece of advice from you: I’d like to have a bilingual version of the theme/blog/text – Slovak version with the possibility of switching to English version, for non-slovak readers.
I’m sorry if it’s a silly question to ask in this case, I’m the completely “new kid” in these waters, so I’m not aware of a level of possibility of this bilingual requirement.

You can check the WPML plugin for setting up the billingual site.
As for the customisation, you can change the font from options, but not the width of the column.

Really lovely theme and AMAZING support team. The theme is generally easy to use for people who know nothing about code… but there are a few simple things I wish I could customize.
Suggestions: -Allow Copyright to be centered at the bottom -allow option to have mouseover/hover on sidebar rather than having to jut click. Some of my visitors can’t seem to find my sidebar - on the homepage, allow a static page above the posts below. I saw someone do this with an author page, but I don’t understand code, so it’s way to tricky for me. For now I just added an image above my posts, but I’d like to properly be able to do it because the sidebar button gets pushed to the bottom of the screen
Overall EXTREMELY satisfied. Would buy again from Codestag!

Restrict content pro plugin allows to select if the excerpt of a post/page will be shown to unsubscribed users. So, yes, you can have the excerpt as the teaser.

- It doesn’t offer RTL styles
- There is no such feature as of now, you’ll have to add it manually
- We haven’t checked for compatibility with any ratings plugin, but we recommend using Reactiv Ratings, it works with most of the theme out there.

What is the best way to extend the Author profile to have a featured image like the rest of the pages on the site do? Authors are wanting to have a photo that represents them. Something as simple as this on profile would be awesome https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-author-image/screenshots/
It’s not possible without making some changes to author template. It would be best to hire a developer for getting this done.

Just figured out how to put enable shortcodes into the author description. You just need to replace the following code in author.php template file.
Old Code

Earlier Ink was planned to add compatibility with Aesop Story Engine, but later it was dropped due to rising conflicts between our plugin StagTools shortcodes’ and Aesop, since it requires theme’s content area to be full width.
However, we are still planning to give it a try again, and we might go through a deep testing in coming weeks. Please note that Aesop requires some work to make it compatible with themes, you can read their documentation if you want to give it a try.
