we have tested the menu with 10 levels. I won’t tell you that the menu does not have a limit, but you can add many level sub menus

I have tried to replicate ‘Our Services’ from the business homepage in user1 position. The icons won’t show and there is nothing in the code to make them show but they still show on the quickstart.
Can you tell me how do I get the icons to show?

probably your text editor is stripping the code – I can suggest to first disable your text editor from Global configuration > Text editor > select None and save. Copy the original code from the documentation, open the module and paste the code > edit it and save. After that you can turn on again the text editor. Let me know if you still have any problems.

How do I make the menu and logo area static during scroll. It shows when going up but not going down. I like to have the logo, menu and modules above logo with the phone number and menu to stay static during scrolling up or down. Is this possible?

and yes, you can use the template with Joomla 3.3.0. The quickstart package is based on Joomla 3.3.0 and you won’t have problems there.
About the forum support – again yes – to register in our forum you need to have the license code which comes when you buy the template.

Hi,
probably your text editor is stripping the code. To prevent this you can disable your text editor from Global configuration > Text editor field > select None and save. Then get the original code from the documentation and paste it in the module. Edit it and save, refresh your page and everything should be ok.
After this you can turn on again your editor.

Joomla 3.3.0 and Helix 2 framework has changed a little bit the way they work. Thus you need to make the steps in the topic I sent you. As I understand you have already updated Joomla to 3.3.0 so now you need to update Helix to the latest version.
These steps won’t fix your problem with the template manager. To fix it you need to uninstall the template only and install it again. Note that if you have made any modifications of the template less/ css files you will lose it so back up first in order for you to get back your changes.

if you mean RTL layout – then yes, the template has RTL, but you will probably need to modify the extensions like Roksprocket.
I don’t understand the “Gallery for admin panel” part.

hi there, besides the fontawesome icons you seem to be using an additional icon packs. Are all of those replaceable from within the template or is this a similar external widget like fontawesome…?

the second icon font is this one: http://themes-pixeden.com/font-demos/7-stroke/index.html
The font is integrated in the template and you can use all of the icons by adding a code with the icon class.

Its unable to install. Other templates works. Error Message: 500 – Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
If i try to install via URL from FTP the error message is: JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
