Nice! I want to know few more things:

1. May we use this theme as a multi page theme and how single (separate) page look like (heading, heading area). Can we add some background picture to Heading area?

2. Is there option to have separate page with filterable portfolio?

3. Is there option to have static single portfolio page instead of ajax?

3 – Yes and it can be launched from a single page like you see on these previews too;
