hello, can you add all the shortcodes to work with Visual Composer ?
Which shortcodes are not working with visual composer please let me know so that we can test it.
i mean when i install VC i need to add the shortcodes to the VC.its not buildin

WP you need to install it manually and the documentation includes a URL to installation of the wordpress and regarding the WHMCS you need to install it with their documentation and to use with the theme you need to use WHMCS Bridge plugin for it.
I have made our site and blog HTTPS bu when we visit the blog the thumbnails on the right hand side under recent posts grow to there full size instead of the small thumbnail size they should be. When we view the site in HTTP it loads fine, can you please advise as we would like to display the thumbnails and use HTTPS. For now the thumbnails are turned off.

is there a way to apply a lightbox or prettyphoto effect to regular images when inserted from the Wordpress Media button? I have tried both “lightbox” and “prettyPhoto” in the options of the link but nothing seems to work. I can add a plugin if necessary but just wanted to know if there was a built in hook since the theme seems to use the features in the shortcode.
If you are using the wordpress default gallery then its possible. you can create a gallery and insert that gallery and in that gallery you need to alter add the attribute link=”file” like shown below

Hi there. Does your theme got some kind of custom page creator or can I use normal WP admin to create, as example, Price Tables, or Homepage? Because I bough a theme to my server, but got some kind of custom page creator that I hate, I prefer to code my own pages at wordpress admin / normal wordpress core page/post/custom post creator instead some custom page creator.

Custom page creator? confused with your question. You can create as many pages as you want from wordpress as normally you create pages/posts from wordpress. You don’t need to select templates for that. There is a shortcode generator if you wish to use some pricing tables or accordions or tabs etc.
great theme, the example doesnt show any social media icons. Would they be placed in the top bar? Also can an image be put in the title header?
Yes you can place the image in the subpages in the subheader title area (Below Header). social media icons can be placed at any place using the shortcodes available within the theme.

You need to login to that Developer section and then create a new app there and in that add a new API keys. If you google about how to get Twitter consumer key etc you can see many tutorials.

We provided revolution slider not layered slider and you don’t have to add license for that it’s for direct purchasers not for those which comes with theme.

I fixed it by upgrading to the newest version of the theme. (v2.0, I was on 1.7.6)
how to increase height in header area
You can alter style.css file and alter the header class for that.
I appreciate that this product isn’t designed to work with woocommerce but from what I see, it’s almost there.. It’s only the product page that is messed up. Would you be willing to try and fix this? Just wondering how do I get the same font as in the demo on our site?
If you go to theme options panel and see about all the features and options you can set what font you want. BTW I have used google web font ‘Open Sans’.
FYI – it will be in the theme options panel under styling section > typography. Headings font face has to be set as Open sans.

Sorry for my english. I need to add a second logo in header. Both the same size. I created a new class with the same values ??as the logo in CSS, in desktop mode works fine, but in responsive mode the second logo display under menu. which is the best solution to add a second logo, and display it in all devices?

For Second Logo you need to customize that according to your needs as that’s out of the part of header which was designed for the theme. Extra logo means you have to do extra coding.
