A new issue I have discovered, this also happens with the neon demo pages that come after purchase. when looking at the file “layout-horizontal-menu-fluid.html” in firefox the navbar is not fixed to the top (it scrolls with the page out of view) but when working with Chrome it is fixed. Any idea why?
UPDATE: When I look at it in firebug, I deselect the “position:fixed” css attribute and then reselect it, and it works. It seems to be an issue on the initial rendering of the navbar. On a different note, when I change the navbar element to a “nav” instead of a “header” the all the navbar css breaks but the navbar element is fixed to the top first time. Hope this helps..

I think I have fixed this issue. The problem was with tag perspective, and after adding “loaded” class to body it will fix this issue.

Hi Arlind, I am not sure what you are telling me to do here. I see that the “loaded” css class is on the body tag. Should the perspective tag have a different value? Should it not be there at all? Should it be set to none?

Hi Airlind. When I run the demo that I downloaded from Themeforest in my localhost I see the issue present itself within the included “layout-horizontal-menu-fluid.html” file.
in the CSS tags, I see that ”.page-body.loaded{ perspective;”none”;}” on line 5916 of neon-core.css
and then I also see that “body{ perspective:800px; }” on line 5894 of neon-core.css.
If the issue is showing up in the regular files that are downloaded from Themeforest, do you really need me to to set up some kind of temporary location for you to see this?
When you wrote before, were you saying that i must make sure the loaded class is added? Can you please clarify your “fix” a little?

After re-checking the issue in the Firefox browser I’ve noticed that it still doesn’t work. I thought it has been fixed when I lastly tested but the fix didn’t worked though. I’ve never seen an issue of this kind, everything is set up properly, menu position is fixed. Thats very strange and I have no idea how can I fix this.
Maybe I should make this question to Mozilla developers, it seems more a browser bug rather than CSS bug.

Seems that when you use the fixed horizontal menu with a modal dialog, it gets partially covered by the menu. How to fix this?

Hi Ylli. Here is the image. As you can see, the top portion of the dialog is underneath the horizontal menu. I have fixed this by adding a “top” css value to the dialog but isn’t there a better way to deal with this?

Hi onixdigital, Admin Templates like Neon are for custom administration sections of a web app. Rather than designing your own interface, you can purchase one of these templates, and then integrate it into your web app.
Think of them as HTML mockups for developers to integrate with what ever platform they want.
For example, Envato uses an admin template sold here for its accounts/invoicing interface.

I am trying to load dynamic content (from my website) into a Modal dialog using ajax. I can get the content to display, and the basic CSS rules are applied… but it seems like the theme is not applied to the dynamic html. If there is a button (using the “btn” class) the button will not render properly, and if it has an associated dropdown, that dropdown will not render.
I make a call like… $.ajax({ url: ”/mypage.aspx”, success: function (response) { jQuery(’#modal-popup .modal-body’).html(response); } });

I am not sure why this is not working, for exmaple .btn is rendered globally in the document. Make sure the elements are being parsed in HTML. Otherwise I don’t know what to do here.

Hi boccione, that is not supported by google chrome print feature, but you can add a message on html and it will appear on the end of page too.

Hi i want to use fullcalendar translations files. how can i implement this into the neon theme. neon theme doesn’t use fullcalendar.js, but only fullcalendar.min.js
the fullcalendar developer writes: You will need to load the language’s JavaScript data file in order to use it. These files are included with the FullCalendar download in the lang/ directory. They must be loaded via a <script> tag after the main FullCalendar library is loaded.
So how can i implement the translations of fullcalendar into neon calendar?

The FullCalendar implemented in Neon is version 1.6 and the localization is not supported. We will update the Neon theme next week, we have everything ready and v1.8 of Neon is available with FulLCalender 2.2.3 and you can use the translation files.

Hello ! I get this new update ! But we have one problem with new calendar. If drag one event to calendar its automatically set to all day event. When drag from all day event header(week or day) to specified time the event is duplicated !
and other problem, if i drag from new events to week/day view, its show me pre-defined 2 hours event, but when drop the event get all day duration.

The demo theme seen here works but not the one I downloaded.
On the demo:
Sidebar: without animation Fixed sidebar: stay fixed -> OK Horizontal menu: stay fixed -> OK Both menus: horizontal stay fixed -> OK
On downloaded version:
Sidebar: with animation but not realy fluid Sidebar collapsed: sometimes the button menu desapear. Fixed sidebar: doesn’t stay fixed Horizontal menu: doesn’t stay fixed + menu splited in two parts, one stay on the top when scrolling but not the other – not realy fluid Both menus: horizontal same issue
Same behavior on Chrome / IE / Firefox.
If you modified something on the version to download, please, fix it as quickly as possible as I have a deadline to hit or go back to the functional version shown online.

Is there a way to make the tabs remember-able on a reload/refresh of a page?

If i switch to tab-2, and reload the page, it still takes me to the first tab. Is there a way to change that so on reload, it stays on the right tab? Also, is there a standard way to choose which tab to start with based on the anchor in the url?

On the select2 multiple plugin you currently have to select within the white space in order to be presented a list to select from. What should I do to have a text label on the right side that the user could click on to make the list presentable?

Hey I have a problem when I scroll down and go back to top again The header gets duplicated and it is shown two times, with aprox 150px between the two instances.. Do you have any idea why is this happening? It only happens on Chrome. On Firefox everything is fine.

The problem with Tabindex is because we use checkbox replacement and overrides the default functionality of native checkboxes/radio buttons.
To have it working, you must use the native forms (the downside of this is because they will not be styled):
