Hi, I’m having trouble updating the theme. I mistakingly updated to WP 3 .1 before you issue the fix and I emailed you through your contact form yesterday for the update files. I haven’t heard back from you yet, I only received an automated response. I guess you’re busy.
Prior to yesterday, it seemed that Themeforest had not processed your update yet. However, today when I checked I see that version 1.1.3 is the latest. BUT , when I checked my theme in my WP admin I see that I have version 1.0.2 but at no point did admin tell me there was an update. Weird!
I downloaded the theme again from Themeforest and when I unzipped the pendulum-premium-wordpress-theme.zip file I see that the new install file is only 668k. I don’t see any instructions anywhere for updating so I tried to install the update through the Install Themes page in admin. The install failed. It said that the destination folder already exists: ../themes/pendulum/
I have feeling it failed because I didn’t install the updates between 1.0.2 and 1.1.13. but please advise me how I should proceed.
Also, I have a question about custom fields. I want to install a custom fields shortcode plugin so I can insert PayPal buttons on my pages. I don’t see the normal Custom Fields section in pages or posts. How can I add these, please?

This looks like an internal Wordpress conflict
Basic troubleshooting steps:
- deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- re-upload the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of your version of WordPress
How was the contact page styled the way it is in your theme preview? I cannot figure out how to insert the “general info” section into my contact page.

- incorrect showing entries in Events Manager
- events filter isn’t working correctly

My fault for not waiting but I wanted to continue working on my site. I will update when Themeforest makes the files available.
I actually have another issue, and this was happening before I upgraded to 3.1. It concerns the Add Image/Insert into Post function. It’s weird, when I upload an image to the media library the lightboxes work fine, but as soon as I click the Insert into Post button the lightbox goes blank and nothing happens. If I click the X to close the window, the image was not inserted. However, if I go back to Add Image again, I see that there is a new option Gallery (1), so it has “almost” been inserted in the post. I tried disabling all plugins but it doesn’t help. However, if I switch to the default WP theme, it works no problem. Any ideas?

Really love your Pendulum template and want to buy asap. I was just wondering if it possible to make the music searchable? To return multiple results based on a category search maybe?
Or alternatively, is it possible, with a shortcode, to place a music player in blog search results?
If you could let me know asap I would really appreciate it as I want to move quickly.

I so hate the themeforest comment functionality as searching is not an option.
Anyway just bought / installed and having an issue. The site takes 15-20 seconds to load with the pendulum theme enabled. I put the cache folder as 777… any idea what could be causing this?

When I built my website, the twitter feed was working fine. I’ve since had the user name change, so I went through and changed it in my administrator panel but it is no longer updating on my website. Any suggestions?

Hello I really like the template and the interface just have some promblems with the Recent works its not working at all and the Incoming events has some problems as well as the Silder inside Portafolio pages it works well as image but to as slider.
Is there any problem with them?
