i have to give up i think, I am not able to go pass installation process, i did this 4 times already, full instalation, installation with Installatron, and installation for existing sites option, i never was able to get anything even close to livedemo progressive view

no menu, no slider, no footer, nothing what I get you can see on http://irlandaconnection.com/

once i got something which only got some products listed as sony experia tablet but with no images (even blank) and everything else same as you can see now

I do exactly everything as in documentation guidelines either they are wrong or something is missing in the description or in the files

could you check if you are able to install livedemo yourself just from the download pack?

I spent already 48hours sleepless almost trying to make it to work somehow

just try to install it not as u usually do with your knowledge, try to follow step by step guidliness exactly and see if you are able to get the theme to work for you

this is so frustrating, this theme looks so nice in live preview , but when I install I end up with something completely else, the only item that actually installs is toop menu but much different than in livepreview (pls note I get Shop with ubercart disabled)

I managed to pass through – if anybody stuck in same thing read on drupal.org for installation it needs both files default.setting.php and settings.php not only settings.php

1 problem, settings.php is not protected and vulnerable after full installation (rights 644) has to be changed manually to 444 after that

1. Progressive don’t need this module, but you can use any modules which you want

2. I’ve checked the Progressive archive, opened the PSD directory and there is PSD files for Progressive, this is very strange problem – can you upoad the theme from ThemeForest again and sent me screenshot of the PSD directory.

3. There is only couple system messages on the russian, also all main operations described on English, but if you experiencing problems, please tell me on which step you are now and I’m will help you.

4. If you didn’t have website with content which you want to save I’m strongly recommend you to use the “Full Drupal Installation”. After this you will have the same configured website as on the LIVE preview. If you don’t need any content you can simply remove or edit it. Installation for existing sites will require from your side some website configuration, so if you want to save your time the best way is Full Drupal Instalation.

5. You can install and enable any translate module which you like, for example Locale. My theme will work correctly with such modules.

thanks for quick reply maybe I just thoughtI should have got a bit more and be able just to replace default pics and text with my own ones.

1) I installed new Drupal 7 with new database using Installatron of my hosting provider – better solution for core modules for upgrades and safe copies they offer

then I imported progressive_database.sql (also checked other database and outcome successful in phpMyAdmin but I didn’t really get template to use – just a site to bulid rather) all modules enabled and jquery set to 1.7

please tell me – is it how it should look like after full installation (with shop disabled and added poll just to fill content with something)? or should it look different?

2) maybe you could attach some screenshot how it should look like after new full installation before personalization – so I can check if what I’m doing is definitely wrong

3) Re PSD folder – its full of big size images of different theme – probably aura or aurum and these images are big in size and very low with resolution so anyway you can’t really see anything on them

4) in documentation installation clip also shows different theme not progressive but I take the process is the same so it should be fine, maybe only login/password to database different Admin/Admin instead of root/root?

5) how can I add on top bar where phone picture is and search tool, other things? I would like to have social media icons and links there also when I click on the phone icon I get “call us” and phone number I would like to change “call us” to “llamanos” – same thing but in Spanish – where can I do that?

re 5) is there any chance I could have top bar in progressive (with ubercart disabled) which could look like / have similar info/icons as your top bar in your other theme – Aurum?

2. The website should look the same as the LIVE preview, but only without the images, because they are only for demonstration.

3. I’ve checked the PSD files and they are for the Progressive theme: https://www.dropbox.com/s/27rqaghi6teut7e/nikadevs-56.png?dl=0 if you can please sent me screenshot of any PSD file which are for Aura theme. Please notice that this PSD files are for the original theme template, and there is difference with the current Progressive theme, because the changes in the theme was done directly in the code.

4. The installation progress is the same for any theme, and login also Admin/Admin

Hi, You can add this block in the OnePage Layout in the Layout Builder, which are placed in the Theme Settings page. But please keep in mind that the “Header Top menu” is created for MultiPage website.

Hi, You can create any required MD slider, this slider will appears as block in the Blocks list here: admin/structure/block After this you can move it to the required region, for example top, and setup the visibility for this block for example to be showed only for the Node with Product type.

Problem is that the current slider background get stuck when you place mouse over it, the time stop but animation don’t stop. All the animation finish it gets stuck on background the next slide don’t come until the slide time finish. but your current one don’t have this bug.
