I know, it doesn’t happen regularly so I’m not surprised that you couldn’t trigger it. I’m hoping to at least get some help or insight as to what WOULD be causing this, and where to look for an issue like this. It’s definitely happening, I’ve seen it myself and I’ve even had my client notify me of it.

Any ideas how the Rosie logo could appear when I’ve got a different logo set in the admin?

1- Click to ROW settings 2- Make sure you’ve selected “Full Height?” 3- Switch to “Design Options” tab. 4- Turn on “Video Background” option and enter your required video formats into required fileds.

there are new updates for Master Slider WP and WPBakery Visual Composer that are part of the rosie theme included plugins, so when will they be working and included with the update to rosie theme so these plugins are also working because right now i have issues. The only way i can update these plugins is with an activation key if i purchased these plugins, i shouldn’t have to go buy these when they are suppose to be part of the theme.

Hello, seems you have used inline css. I can only advise you to put these lines as a class via Appearance > Theme Options > General > CSS Box and adjust the the same class for under 479px resolution by using media query. That’s the only solution in my mind for now.

In case of external css method each time css file calls from the host which cause unnecessary progress and extra load time. Further more we use to do this at our previous themes and got many complains from clients. Since then we changed the method this way.

At this point I recommend you to use a proper caching plugin which will get more effective results for you. Hope you understand. Regards

Hello, “Custom heading” is own element of visual component. We’re not able to customize default elements and no other similar element at the moment. Sorry for that.
