Hello , After update the last version , i can not open my website I contacted with my host support and they told me that i have to change my theme cause it was problem with it , and already change theme to default theme and my website working , and also they ask me to contact theme vendor. I want to use applay theme .

Hi, I am having issues with optiontree and applay showcase plugin. I get this message in the optiontree settings page that “The Theme Options UI Builder is being overridden by a custom file in your theme. Any changes you make via the UI Builder will not be saved.” I am not able to add or edit showcase or theme options. Is there a solution to this or how I can identify the theme file that is causing this problem.
Note: I have upgraded the theme and all the plugins.

Hi, you should ignore that message, it appears because we’re building theme options via Theme’s code. And you shoud not touch that optionTree page, you can use theme options in Appearance > Theme options. Btw, your support was expired, please extend your support to get our supporting. Thanks
Thanks for your response. However, the major problem I am having is with the showcase, I am not able edit or add new showcase items. But I’ve resolved it. I did a backup of my site database, theme options and settings, posts, pages, widgets and showcase. Then reset my site and installed wordpress and the theme afresh, then restored my data and now I can add/edit showcase, I can also edit the theme options and the optiontree doesn’t give that message anymore.
That’s great you solved it. Maybe some conflict when updating WP, plugin made that issue. Best regards

The browser tab is showing: Applay – Mobile App Landing & App Store Wordpress Theme
I haven’t figured out why this is showing. It completely overrides my own texting that I have under Appearance -> Customize.
In case it helps, I am using the child theme.

Hi, you could change site title in Settings > General, you should clear cache after change. A better option is using Yoast SEO plugin, you will have more control on your site title tag. Thanks

In Settings -> General and in Yoast SEO that I have been already using my settings are correct and the name is the same as my url. But your tag line overrides all my text/settings.
I tried to clear browser’s cache, I opened the website in browsers that I never use and the result is incorrect.

How can I change the colour of the text used in the Heading: AWESOME MOBILE APP ? Currently it is white.

I got it set properly but I can barely edit anything? For example, when I change the logo in Theme Options, the new logo doesn’t show up. It’s still the default Clash of Clans logo. How do I change the logo and the background images?

Is it safe to update Woocommerce to 3.0? The update page says “3.0 is a major update. It is important that you make backups and ensure themes and extensions are 3.0 compatible before upgrading.”

I would like please to know if I when I do a “one page website” with Applay:
1. Will the menu appear permanently in the top of the page, while scrolling down. 2. And i need to know if the words in the menu will be marked (with colour or underlined etc) according to where the user is down in the page…I do not know if you see what I mean…We can see this for example with the Appify or the Cosmos menu—> the menu design is following the scroll down in the “one page”...

1. We have sticky menu as you see in demo
2. You could build anchor menu for one page site. But it needs some custom code to achieve live menu active. We will help you with that.
