Hello Artem,
I’ve noticed that the theme no longer adapts correctly to the height of the visible area of the browser on mobile devices. Now, part of the website extends below the browser’s UI. This causes the “Fullpage Slider” sections and portfolio Mastheads to be cut off at the bottom.
I’ve tried applying a few custom CSS solutions (using dvh, svh, etc.), but I haven’t been able to find a fix.
I’ve also updated the theme to the latest version, but the issue still persists. Could you please help me with this? Thank you very much in advance.

Hello, congratulations, your theme is amazing. I’m a web designer and it’s been over 5 years since I last used a theme and built everything from scratch with Elementor. This is the first time in many years for a book project that I’ve been tempted to use a theme again.

skip importing the content
Yes, while the demo import is strongly recommended for smoother workflow and easier learning of the theme capabilities, it’s purely optional and you can simply skip it.
In addition, in the theme package you’ll find individual Elementor templates to import – just in case you want to import only several pages instead of the whole demo data.

Yes, the theme doesn’t constraint you to the certain layouts or specific content rendering conditions. Everything you mentioned should be functioning smoothly.

Hey, the latest update says 1.9.7, but the update in WordPress says 1.9.4, and in the Asli Core plugin? Additionally, with the latest update to “17 Oct 2025 1.9.7”, the WordPress admin is now dragging. My host says “Admin-AJAX requests. ” When I disable the Asli Core plugin, it returns to functioning normal?
Also, there should be the ability to submit general support tickets due to issues with recent theme updates. Paid support should be for help with troubleshooting, enhancements, feature requests etc… which makes sense.

Sorry, I’m not sure that I fully understand the issues you’re experiencing but the theme is functioning fine on a clean WordPress installation without any technical or visual glitches in admin panel. Recent update was about updating of the outdated WooCommerce templates, not related to the admin panel.

I’m encountering an issue with the Elementor subscription. The version up until 3.24.8 works perfectly fine, but after that, any updates to Elementor seem to cause errors and break things. When I roll back to 3.24.8 or earlier, everything works as expected.
I’ve made sure that Pro Elements is installed and fully updated, but the problem persists. Could anyone shed some light on why this is happening and what steps I should take to resolve it? I’ve been stuck in a cycle of reverting to older versions every time Elementor releases an update.
Any insights or advice would be much appreciated!

Facing an issue with the Lightbox Video Widget, some YouTube videos are not playing in the widget, but those same videos are playing using Elementor or other embedding solutions. Does anyone have any clue regarding how to fix this issue?

Yes, it has the same structure but still showing error on some videos “ video unavailable- watch on youtube” , it plays with the link on youtube
It probably means that these particular videos can’t be embedded as iFrames on 3rd-party domains. If you’re the owner of these videos you need to lift the embedding restrictions on YouTube: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6301625?hl=en The theme has no control over this – it only renders the iframe where the video should be played.
That’s not the case here — I’ve cross-checked thoroughly, and these are my own videos. I had to switch to the Elementor video widget as a temporary fix until the theme issue is resolved. All videos used to work perfectly with the video lightbox widget earlier, but currently, it’s not functioning. However, the same videos work flawlessly using the Elementor video widget. Please test this properly on your end.

I have tried this with removing all other plugins as well, only kept elementor, still this is happening
Asli’s lightbox is separate from Elementor’s and simply embeds the URL you provide inside an iframe; it doesn’t control YouTube’s playback behavior. Since your sample video plays on my side, this points to an environment-specific issue on the viewer’s device/network or domain restrictions rather than the theme.
If a specific YouTube URL still won’t open in the lightbox on your end, you can switch those items to a self-hosted MP4 or try to host that video on Vimeo which is also supported.

The “XXSmall Distance Preset in Site Settings > Distance Paddings” got removed during an update…
I think Vertical Gutter works actually, maybe “Auto” was fixed, previously it inherited Vertical Gutter settings I think

The fields are all there, and it’s a common hover effect in portfolios to switch the image.
Currently trying to add a work around via a custom plugin to achieve this, but ideally it would be in the theme

I have one more question! Can I add a portfolio by simply filling in the fields, choosing a single portfolio template that will be assigned to that portfolio, and then publishing it? Or do I need to manually create the template for each portfolio using “Edit with Elementor”?
If you register that extra fields on portfolio posts somehow (e.g. using ACF or other plugin), it’s possible to display output their data via “Dynamic Tags” functionality in all Elementor widgets on the page.
Both approaches are possible. You can create a template in Elementor Theme builder, design it using dynamic tags for text data that will come from your portfolio posts. Then simply assign that template to be used by all portfolio posts.
Can I create a custom layout for the single portfolio page to include additional headings, text, and styling according to my needs? Alternatively, can I modify an existing layout provided by the theme? As a UI/UX developer, I want to add the client’s logo and details to the single portfolio page.
Hello! Yes, you can add/remove your own elements to the all pages. The layout of theme pages is not fixed, you can make it as you need via Elementor editor.

Ajax transitions may not work correctly with 3rd-party addons. They however can be turned off fully or partially as per specific pages.
Is the theme compatible with WP Rocket for performance optimization?
