okay I did all your steps and verified everything and it just sits there thinking… never does anything. I spent all day Sunday configuring to your templates requirements met them and it still sits there and does nothing. I think I need a refund, because you template has too many requirements set aside from normal WordPress requirements. These templates are suppose to be or are ADVERTISED as plug and play not a weeks worth of server modification and files editing to make my server compliant with the way you built it. I need this to be taken care of or I need a refund.

I have a dedicated server with unlimited resources and you template kills the process…

Okay I just went back to uninstall everything and my god the slider installed finally. It seems to be working. I guess it takes a good 5 minutes to contact your server to download and activate. I will test and make sure it’s working properly…

Please enable debug via wp-config file then check the error message. Also you can delete the Revolution slider via ftp then try to re-install it again. Make sure you have PHP version at least 5.6 or higher in your web hosting server.
