Hello! Congrats and thank you for Avas, it’s great! Unfortunately I can’t import the demo data. I followed the instruction provided with the download, I tryed to use the importer… Nothing… Maybe you can help me.
Please note that the Wordpress version I have installed it’s in Romanian and it’s a fresh install so you can delete anything you need/like.

Hi, I have a pre-sale question – I’m interested in Avas Business but when I preview the demo on ipad/tablet in portrait mode, the menu looks very strange. The menu toggle is sitting over the logo and there’s a heavy black box, it’s hard to click the menu items with a dropdown and when you do the layout of the black box expands and looks wrong. Is this a bug that will be fixed with a future update? If I purchase the theme as is, are you able to provide me with an update or fix for this issue?
Hello, Thanks for your interest and informed us for the issue, actually we have added the Mega menu in our current version 3.1 so its surely a bug for ipad/tablet, we will fix it asap, our previous version 3.0 was working fine with all devices. Will fix and update very soon. If you purchase you will get the later version with resolve the menu issue. Thank you.

The two linked versions of the download page are different. v2.3 can not be opened normally. v1.0 Unable to use Elementor to edit the page because it remains loaded. (Using XAMPP test)
Please use version 2.3 and upload on your web hosting server make sure you have installed avas core plugin. If there will have still issue then Please share your wp credentials via my profile page I will check and fix. Thank you for purchased the theme

Hi, I bought this theme but I am having problem to upload it into my Wordpress. I am using Wordpress hosting by Hostgator and I have no access to the Cpanel. I am trying to use the Theme upload from Wordpress and managed to upload Avas.zip and Avas-child.zip but not sure how to upload the rest of the files. Please advise. Hi, I managed to upload all the files using FTP onto the wp_content/theme folder but I am still facing issue with activating the theme. Hi, If you want to use avas core plugin then you need to deactivate all the old plugins of avas theme. On the version 2 we have made major updates and put all the plugins in one core plugins. Please note: make backup your works before use this latest version theme and plugin. Thank you.

You don’t need to install the avas core plugin for contact form. You need to install the contact form 7 plugin and its working on all the versions of our theme. If you still confused then please share your wp credentials via our themeforest profile page so we will look at it for you thank you.
