The latest theme update messed up my font settings, changed all family fonts on the whole page? Why is that and how to fix? It’s still selecting the old fonts, but it’s outputting a serif font instead.

It’s now been nearly 2 weeks and I still have no response to my support ticket. I’ve had to go with another theme, as I was on a tight timeframe. The site is now almost finished – so I would simply like a refund please. A 2 week wait on support tickets seems unreasonable.

I’ve been waiting 21 days for a respond to my ticket #54303. I have submitted a request for a refund and also haven’t heard back about that.

I’m also experiencing some issues, but with the WPBakery Page Builder. Every time I update a page using the editor, it adds extra rows at the top and bottom, which messes up the layout.
