Although you can use wp all import to import your existing listings, you would have to map the metadata manually, there is no wp-import add-on packaged with the theme.

Hi, I want to buy the template. But I have questions.
1- Can we have Country and City seach option? Thats first select Country then select that Coutry’s Cities than search places?
2- Sitename\Country\City Sitename\Country\City\Placename link format available?
3- Do you have multiple promo options for places. For example; VIP places, Gold places, Standart places? And at listings pages do they sort according to their promo.
4- Can the sorting at listing pages be random?

We can not recreate the issue in our development environment – so it seems to be something specific for your server.
As the first step, please make sure that the theme and the respective plugin are updated to their latest version – 1.6.1
If the issue persists, in order to pinpoint the issue you need to identify the exact fatal error raised in php. You can do it in two ways:
1. By inspecting the php error log after the site crashes 2. By enabling the WP debug mode – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ and identifying the fatal error once the site crashes.
Either way, it should give us enough information to start with.

Your Bello plugin was outdated. When you update the theme, please update the respective Bello plugin (its version should be the same as theme’s).
We have updated it to the latest version.
Please try now upgrading the php to php8 and let us know if the issue persists.

merci je le saurai pour le PHP c’est bon. Par contre j’ai mis la base de donnée à jour et même soucis qu’au tout début lors de l’installation certaines traduction ne fonctionnent pas. Je vous ai fait un mail avant de voir votre message avec des copies écran.
Le fichier .pot est le même qu’avant la mise à jour et comprend les traductions de expressions en question pourtant elles apparaissent en anglais sur mon site

Also, Bello does not have android app or specific rest api.

Also please note that the post meta fields used by your existing themes differ from the ones used by the Bello and that the easy migration of all listing properties (if possible) is certainly not going to be easy.

We haven’t tested the theme with rank math seo, so we can not confirm compatibility
Although you can use the theme with Open maps, keep in mind that autocomplete in location search will not be available. If you intend to use Google maps, you need google maps api key.
In bello, there is a direct relationship – one package purchase – one listing for one month (if the user does not extend the subscription, the listing reverts to the default, non paid package). The difference between packages is related to the set of fields available to the listing owner and visible to site visitors. So you can not set up the model you have described, there can not be three listings for three months etc…

Hi, Do you know how many listings this theme can handle? is there a limit? I don’t want to build out a thing with tens of thousands of listings to find it falls over half way through.

We would not recommend tens of thousands of listings. The database was created with the flexibility in mind – with meta tables (in order to handle custom fields in different categories etc) and it is not built to perform well on large sets of data.
With few thousand listings it should be fine.

The listings are displayed based on their location and maximum distance (perimeter) either from the user’s location or default location set in the customizer.
There is no limit in the number of listings displayed if they fall into the maximum perimeter.
You can set the maximum perimeter on Appearance > Customizer > Search Listings panel (Default Radius Value).

It is not possible to have advanced search as a static page element (on a static page which the default home page).
As an alternative, you can perhaps redirect your user to the search results page instead of static home page.

We have implemented security patches related to identified security vulnerabilities. They should be treated as critical and you should update the theme as soon as possible. The changes have been made both in theme’s code and Bello plugin code. The description in the change log has indeed been ambiguous and we have updated it accordingly.
