I am unable to get the examples to go to a full width page. Why is this?
why can’t i get the theme to go to a full width page like the examples?

Thank you for purchasing the theme.
A full width layout can be enabled by choosing sidebar placement as ‘none’ inside Page Options > Sidebar Options > Sidebar Placement. You would find this page options panel below the main page editor.
Please also check other settings like, “Enable transparent navbar”, “Enable one-page scroll spy..”, etc. Different settings are applied depending upon the type of layout. More details are covered inside the documentation/index.html file of your main download.

Thank you for browsing the theme. Yes it is possible to send form submission to predetermined mailing lists in mailchimp. The forms in this theme are shown using Contact Form 7 plugin. You can integrate it with mailchimp using a free Contact Form 7 Mailchimp extension. The theme supports this plugin.

Hi there.
I just have a query regarding the template.
I have installed the theme and the demo data. To get a site running but the layout of the them is all over the shop.
There is has been no changes to the theme.

The page was crashed when I add a POSTS LOOP widget to a page
it seems caused a infinit loop?

Can you let me know which Plugin is used for the post loop widget. I can check and tell if it is causing any issue. In most cases, the theme will support any such plugin. It may have got crashed if the query was not proper, or the loop parameters were wrong. I can tell more if you send me the plugin name and link.

It’s not a bug. Inside page builder widget, they have restricted the content if there are multiple loops within a loop. Since the theme’s content template parts have their own loop (due to the grid style and some extra parameters), it is not supported by the widget.
A better solution is to use the posts shortcode which comes with the theme. For that, use a text widget and place the following shortcode in it:
[ss_posts display_style="grid" columns="3" category_name="foo, bar" num="9"]
Supported display styles are more than the available templates for loop. You can use “grid, classic, list-big, list-small or portfolio” for the display_style=”xx” values.
You can find complete list of parameters by creating a new page and clicking on the “Shortcodes” button in “Text” mode of editor. Inside that, click on the “Posts” shortcode to see all available parameters.

Please do not use “Post Loop” widget. It will cause infinite loop. Use the shortcode as I have mentioned in last comment. So it would be:
1. Pages > Add New
2. Switch to “Page Builder” tab.
3. Add Widget > WordPress widgets > Text Widget.
4. Inside text widget, place the following shortcode:
[ss_posts display_style="classic" columns="3" category_name="foo, bar" num="9"]
5. Click on “Done” and update the page.
I will also add general support for such third party post loop widgets in next update.

I installed Benchmark theme in my new website www.gtcwebdev4.com but after installation while i try to save the theme in Theme Option its redirecting to a blank page, i tried installing again but facing the same issue, can you please fix this?
