This is a pre-sales question.
I have a domain name registered and web hosting plan purchased.
Now I need to build a web site. I don’t want that WordPress frame work, just a plain , simple vanilla website some customization etc.
How to I start , of course using your Be HTML template. I am asking for a full tutorial but any pointer towards it would suffice, say any book, website, YouTube video that can help me going.
I have some programming experience and necessary infrastructure to carry on the task.
I would appreciate any help in this regard >

I have BeTheme version 20.8.4.1 and there is an available update. But the update returns error! Any solution?

This is an HTML template, you remove the files you don’t need.. you wouldn’t upload all the demos you aren’t using.

If i create a new website for a customer with betheme, can i sell that to the customer? i know 1 site 1 theme,

Each license covers one domain name, so one license would need to be purchased for every website. There is no way to transfer licenses so it would remain in your name but as long as your client is fine with that you would be fine.

Maybe this theme is customizable, but it takes so many time to customize even a small thing. It is totally a mess! Really not easy theme to work on, this theme is totally wast of my time!!!!!!! Absolutely UNHAPPY!

Downloaded BE theme and found no index pages at all ! ... broken links and other good stuff.
Try using either WinRAR or http://www.7-zip.org to open the zip, the default zip opener on some Windows installations causes issues, thanks
