I have a couple of strings that I can’t find in Loco Translate. Both are related to site search forms.
1. Search form in blog sidebar. Placeholder text: “Search …”
2. Placeholder text for search in header (when you click the search icon): “Type and hit enter”.
Can you point my in the right direction on where I can find the translations?

1. Does your server match all requirements? https://support.uicore.co/help-center/articles/14/4/2/system-requirements2. When you get the error are you using only Brisk and UiCore Framework without any other plugins? If not you can try to disable all (except UiCore Framework) and enable one by one so you can find the the conflicting plugin.
When you encounter a fatal error you can also create a temporary login for us to help you debug.

Hi, sorry for that, it was a small mistake on our end. Plugin is updated but the version was left on 1.2.0, that’s why you’re stuck in a loop. We updated the theme now so downloading the package should fix the issue. Thanks for understanding.

I havnt read through comments, but it is a first theme that falls CSS every 5th time I do edit to template. Why is mess happening? Any explanation? All blocks screwed.

Hi. I already mentioned in comments before but this is veryyy strange bug that I cannot replicate myself on desktop, and I do understand reason of having on a mobile resolution, but my team mates ALL of them have is basically back button in dropdown menu, some of them have 13 and some of them 15 inch macbooks. With Safari/Chrome installed doesnt really matters, but they get it. How I can fix it?

Hi, that’s good. I see there are some elements on this page still missing, although I’ve pointed it out weeks ago. Now I see that your theme is on sale and that makes me caucious, because I don’t want to repeat the same mistake of becoming an unpaid beta-tester like I had to a year ago with another theme author. And your theme is pretty fresh on the market… Personally, I wouldn’t roll out the elements page untill I’ve double-checked each element for its presence on its correspondent page, which would also need to be designed a lot better (since they serve presentational purpose).
Can you assure me about not having a shed load of bugs?

Hi, all elements should work fine when using the theme. Some element settings change on each update, but we try to keep the page updated.
We had some good feedback from our users (as you can read in comments and reviews), so we’re assuming theme is not full of bugs. We’re also very responsive to support requests so any reported bugs should be fixed quickly.
It’s in our best interest to sell a bug-free product, but nowadays it’s almost impossible to test all server environments and configurations.

Hey guys, I strongly consider purchasing your theme, however need to tell you that some of your elements here are not available, e.g. “Marker” (https://brisk.uicore.co/elements/).
Also, some things need fixing: 1. You should offer a thumbnail bar option in the gallery/image lightbox preview, couldn’t find any, and it’s really a must-have..
2. First image in Post Grid Tab is not aligned with the others. (https://brisk.uicore.co/elements/post-grid-tab/)
3. 360 Product Viewer doesn’t have an exit button in fullscreen mode.
4. The video player doesn’t have play/pause via click on the video functionality, once playback was started. (https://brisk.uicore.co/elements/video-player/)
5. Step Flow element is not really working in Mac Firefox.
And some questions:
6. Is it possible to make the submenu on mobiles unfold instead of switching to the next menu page?
7. Can this jitter of the zoom-in hover effects of Latest Posts be eliminated, so it happens rather smooth? (https://brisk.uicore.co/original/)
8. Is some animation in the main/ submenu possible?
9. What about multilinguality in your documentation? This topic is missing.
10. Is there a GDPR module? If not, have you tested some cookie consent plugins with your theme?

3. Element uses browser full screen feature. While some browsers have a close button on hover, others don’t.

1. There’s no light / dark color switch for front end available for the moment.
2. Featured image should look good in blog page grid and blog post. It will look pixelated in blog post page title, but there’s an option to turn that off (use a standard image as blog post page title instead of featured image, or use the simple page title, without background).
3. Yes, you can easily add video backgrounds to sections in Elementor.

2. This comes from the 60px padding (header height after scroll). However, the next update will push the page title below the header (if set to transparent).

6. All themes use Elementor Free. Pro version is subscription based and can’t be included in a commercial theme. However, we use Element Pack Pro which comes with lots of widgets and functionalities: https://elementpack.pro/
7. You can use the graphics as it is, but of course, if you want access to editable files you will need to purchase your own license.

I recently bought the Brisk theme but when I try to install the required external plugins I get an error on my multisite.
An error occurred while installing Element Pack: Download failed. cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired.
I assume this is due to install restrictions on multisite installs? I can only activate the theme on the main and sub sites, so i don’t get the option to install the plugins as they can only be installed as network admin. Can this be resolved? Multisite compatibility is one of the reasons I chose your theme.
I am asking this question here because when i try and make a ticket the category drop down is blank so I cant select a category and it wont let me open a ticket without one. I’m running chrome on OSX.

Please ignore this, I found the packages and then installed them directly via network admin.
However, I do have a question regarding importing demo content on multisite – it completes without error, but doesn’t seem to work at all. Again, I tried opening a ticket but the category dropdown isn’t working.
OK, so I resolved this issue by switching from child theme back to main theme. It might be an idea to add some documentation on multisite install as there is virtually nothing there and there seems to be a few bugs.

Problem is caused by missing / misconfigured SSL certificate on server.
2. About the support system, you need to add your purchase code in your account settings or login with Envato.
3. We tested child theme / plugins install on multisite and it works fine: https://cdn.uicore.co/multisite.png
Theme needs to be installed on main network and plugins are activated individually on each sub-site.
Demo import also worked fine on our end.
