We are able to reproduce this on multiple devices: Android w/ Chrome, IPhone with Safaria & Chrome, and on Chrome desktop. It doesn’t happen everytime but if you refresh the page a few times, it will hit. Here is a screenshot from Chrome on the web in mobile view. Sorry for the late reply from our end.
We have checked the issue and we can replicate the issue only in your site. If you check our site, the same issue doesn’t happen.
It seems that it’s a possible plugin conflict from your website. You are using a caching plugin called Autoptimize. The plugin optimizes the CSS and JS files of the theme and maybe the issue is happening on the process. Can you setup a staging website and deactivate all your third party plugins and check if the issue still exists? Also, make sure all caches are cleared from your hosting panel and from your browser.

To change the position of the scroll to top button, you might need to change it from the core JS file. Please edit the file “assets/js/main.js” and go to line no: 324.

Hello, I need to customise the single blog post page template. The page that loads when you create a Post. It currently loads with the default menu and yet the rest of my site is using a custom header. I also need to edit the social links which appear by default at the bottom of each post page. I am not able to edit it using the Page Builder. There is no option to select a different option for the page… Could you kindly guide me on how I can do this?

Sorry to inform you that custom page options aren’t available in single page atm. If you want to change the single post header, you might need to change the overall header of the site from Theme options.

I imported the theme to wordpress in order to start customizing it but haven’t managed to find the actual home page I wanted (the saas one with white background and aquamarine colours).
Is there a guideline/ video or anything that explains how to edit and customize your template on wordpress – trying to make it work has been a real nightmare.

Once the import process is finished, you may get 45+ pages imported on your site. Could you please check and let me know you got all the pages imported or not?
In total there should 16 homepages imported to the pages section. If you think some home pages are missed then please provide the site login details here at teamdrubok@gmail.com and let us know so we can check further and fix it.

Hello, I have an urgent request. Please help me.
I used the coming soon page and on wp-admin everything is fine now. Once published I receive a white screen, which means one of the integrations doesn’t work. I found out that it is advanced custom fields. If I deactivate the plugin I don’t have the white page anymore, but if I do so I can’t use the theme anymore… There was an update but to update I need a licence key which I don’t have and I am not ok to pay for a plugin I need to use your Theme which I already paid.

Considering purchasing this theme but it looks like the “scroll to top” button only works on the Home page and not on the other pages like Contact, About etc.. Could you please check this out?

I could notice the issue as well but it’s just a simple fix. It just needed to add an ID of “home” to the first section of the page using the King Composer page builder. Just a 30seconds of fix.
We have fixed it for only the About and Contact pages as you mentioned you can check and still differentiate.

Could you please remember if any theme/plugin or the core WordPress is updated before the page got broken? As WordPress v5.4 recently launched which could have compatibility issue with KingComposer. Could you please check if all other plugins are updated on your site?
Also, if you have any recent pre-issue state backup then I would suggest to restore your site first and run check the compatibility issue in your staging/dev site.

Hi, how do I change the colour of the hamburger icon when I am on mobile? It is currently set to white and I can’t see a way to change it.
I would also like to change the colour of the dropdown menu when I click on the hamburger icon. It is currently using the blue gradient that is in the theme, but I want it to be a solid colour.

I have reviewed your website and found couple of issues which can cause this. You have excessively big images uploaded in your site. Your logo file is too large which is overlapping the hamburger menu and it can not be clickable. https://zubtitle.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Zubtitle-LOGO-V2-White.png
As the logo container is max 200px width so you can resize the logo and re-upload it. And I also checked that in your website there’s many other images that are bigger than the container so your site is getting slower. I suggest you to optimize the images.

Hi, we are using the buffet subscribe form in our footer. There is no action after we enter the email address and click “submit”. Is there a way to have a thank you or some sort of message to let the user know their email was submitted?
