yes you can translate any language you want. off course you can let other teachers to sell their courses in your website . but you need backend.

Hello Fox! 1. I can not see the language switcher in frontend. And I can not see the language translation options in backend. So it shows only on one language and I translate it through FTP files? 2. If other teachers sell theur courses then users register as students and both as teachers? Thank you for your reply.
