1. Check for any email from us on your SPAM folder. 2. If it’s not on Spam, what’s your ticket ID (you should receive it with an automated email when ticket was created) 3. If you didn’t receive any ID, from where you submitted the ticket? Our support page? Email?

I got that figured out, thank you. But another small problem… Landing 03 seems to have some slight css error on mobile version where you can slide the whole page to the right a tiny bit. It kind of moves and is not scaled 100%, looks like 101%. You can scroll page to right about 1px or so.. i hope that makes sense?

Hi, you can change specific landing colors using Elementor page builder. Simply load the page with Elementor and then you will be able to fix it.

When to import demo under appearance, every demo imported is BLANK. Waste of money this theme is.
Hi, this issue normally happens when your PHP version is not updated. Kindly update your PHP version and try again.
What should the php version be? I tried everything same issue.

Hi great looking theme! Is it possible to make any of the demos into a one page website where when you click on any tab in the menu it scrolls down to that section? Also can you make it have sticky menu so as you scroll down the page you see the menu tabs the whole time?

1. Yes, it is possible to turn any page into one page website. Just follow the same rules as always. Remove the original anchor links from the menu and call the second ID with #. That’s it.
2. This theme has a default option for sticky header. If you face any issue with making it sticky, you can contact with our support via our support channel.
