It’s upsetting that I have to repeatedly ask for help on your broken theme and you ignore me and reply to others who asked for help after me. Your theme is missing the edit language option which is extremely important, and I am not going to go through every single file and edit language manually. That is a built-in feature of Shopify and one of the reasons I chose it, so why you would delete that is beyond me. Please check your email and respond so that I can fix this issue. Thank you.

Hi Josh, related products are populated in 2 different ways (same collection or same tags, you could select the option in Theme Setting). With your need, you could select Tag option, then set related products the same tags. Hope that we can help!

First of all the template is amazing. Love it. I have a problem when I view the shop on Tablet. It doesn’t switch to Tablet view and its impossible to tap on any dropdown submenus. Do you have a solution for this?

Can the navigation contain link lists?
Actually the navigation is created based on link lists
Oh Sorry. I was referring to the left vertical navigation when you’re browsing collections.
You can display all collections or just some of them from theme setting, we don’t use link list at this place
Can they be tiered? For example, Clothing > Shirts > For Men | For Women.

Guys I highly suggest this theme. Its a great starting point for anyone trying to start their website. Customer support is really what set this company apart. I had some specific changes i wanted to do with the theme but it required me to go into the code and edit. They walked me through it all the way. They rock. Buy this theme right away!!!

My store has products with different product ratios. Will this theme neatly organize them, or will all the images need to be of the same ratio?
Thank you for your interests in our theme. Regarding your question, we have resize and crop on the fly feature so your images don’t need to be at the same ratio.
So the images will display in a perfect line horizontally and vertically in product categories even if my images do not use the same ratio?
Some themes don’t handle different ratios in a smart way, which can end up displaying the products in a category in a very messy way.

Is it possible to set a custom title for each mega menu category? For example, if I have 2 mega menus: Style A and Style B, I’d like each megamenu to have the same heading for their level 2 categories. Ex:
Style A Plus Size Hotties Item 1 Item 2 Item 3
Style B Plus Size Hotties Item 4 Item 5 Item 6
Right now, it seems like you can’t use the same heading for each megamenu… they have to be different. Is there a way to change that?
