i have a Problem displaying German-umlauts like ÄÜÖ. I did all the Serversettings right but it seems the Webfont can’t display those characters. But as i saw, the Oswald-Book font supports all these characters? Can you help me with this issue

Yes, I will be happy to help you with your issue. Can you clarify what you are trying to do? Are you just trying to alter the font to a custom webfont?
Hi, no right now i would like to use the Oswald-Font you have implemented in the theme. But even tough it should support these ÄÜÖ-Umlauts they are not displayed with the webfont. Instead of that these glyphs are displayed with a standard-fallback-font. Maybe it must be unlocked?
Interesting, I may need to update the google font call since they have made recent changes to the font api. Can you send me a link to your site so I can take a look?

I’ve been looking at this theme and thus far yours still linger in the back of my mind. With that said I have a few questions I hope you can answer as I am interested in this theme.
1. The Video portion seems to be a nice addition. Is there a video gallery or should I say video slider that plays different ones at a time? Or are you only allowing one? 2. There are a few things on the theme that I don’t truly care for, what kind of customization will I be able to make without modify your theme out of the box? (i.e. google maps, theme caller changes, etc.).

1. Currently the theme only support playing one. This was designed based on a user survey I ran to get feedback on feature preferences. However, if this is something you need— I’d be happy to build this custom for you.
2. No worries, each section is completely optional. Concrete5 is great in that it allows great flexibility for managing content. Let me know if you need any additional assistance.

Thanks for your interests. I currently don’t have a demo of the portfolio page but it will essentially just be using the standard interior page template. Concrete5 is great for allowing you full flexibility of the placement of your content. I could probably send you a screenshot or screencast if you need it. Thanks!

Thanks for the fast answer. It was actually a problem of c5.6 as Google Maps needs an API key as of the 22nd June for new domains. It has been discussed and solved for me at https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/usage/google-maps-not-working/

Another question for you: If i create a new template identical to the “internal” template and then choose this as a template for a page, what do i need to do to make this function correctly? Creating additional page templates breaks the design. e.g. https://www.gigrev.com/blogsearch/categories/Company_News/

Another question : the Css on the pages that are included in the main page is strange. You can see this my going directly to one of them : gigrev.com/contact-us what’s causing this?
You are experiencing this because the direct pages are not designed to function in this way on the concrete5 version. Instead, you will need to create an interior page using the interior template. Does this make sense?
Ok. Understood. A question on the interior page. I need to add a single column version of an interior page so, I’ve added a new interior-one-col.php Template and concrete5 sees this correctly. I’ve also edited the custom.pho file to recognise both ‘interior’ and the new ‘interor-one-col’ page but when I set a page as ‘interior-one-col’ the page goes in to edit mode and there is no white space in the centre of the page for the content. The only change to the interior page is, I’ve removed the doc tags for the side column. Is there something else I need to do to enable an extra template file based on the interior page?

It looks like you resolved this. The logo is responsive but it expects a recommended size of 211×100 or less.

I’m referring to the intro template. I can’t figure out how to get parallex to work on this. If it doesn’t work which template should I use and what setting do I need to set? How to I add an external page to the menu?
To add an external page link, just use the concrete5 add page->add external link. You should see this option in the admin panel.
I tried that but it adds a #to the route page and doesnt click through to anywhere

www.gigrev.com. I generated the pages for the menu. Then set each one to the same template type (template intro), which appears to make them become part of the main template page(?) Then, i went to the home page and edited it. When i edit i can add blocks to each page from there. Is that the correct place? or do i go to sitemap and go to the page in question? Currently I have added text to the main index(home page) but in the content box of the “About us” page. If you go to www.gigrev.com click on “About us” you will see. There is some CSS problems.

I have figured it out. I think. I have added the content to the home page (main page). The only question i have is….Should i leave all of the other pages (the ones that apprear in the menu) blank and exclude from the sitemap? How do stop these bank pages from indexing on google?
Perfect, yes the additional pages are great for SEO so I would leave them as is. But if you wish them not to be indexed, you will just need to set them to private or add the following to your page header of the pages you wish to exclude.

I’m trying to install this onto my concrete5 site, and it’s saying “Cant install: this package is corrupted. Make sure it has a valid controller.php file that has been updated for concrete 5.7 or later.” Please help! I’m new to all this too (in case that isn’t obvious!).

OK, so I’ve read I need to revert to an older version of concrete 5? Would you be able to tell me how I do that? Do i need to uninstall the newer version first? Any file names you can tell me would be really helpful too.

Thanks for reaching out. Concrete5 is actually a great platform, however it is pretty frustrating to both users and developers that they decided to make the new version a completely different platform. There is literally no backwards compatibility between Concrete5.7 and Concrete5.6. But no worries, I’ll be happy to help you get started. First thing you are going to need to do is download the latest Concrete5.6 and set it up on your server.
ok, done that. what next?
I’ve added the files to the packages folder of the concrete file 5.6 folders. However in the ‘add functionality’ screen of the website it’s saying that ‘no packages have been installed’.
Which folder are you placing in the packages directory? Make sure its the folder with the controller is in the top level.
OK, so I’ll delete what I’ve uploaded and will start again. I dragged the files in that file (having originally uploaded it to the other ‘packages folder’) using FileZilla and hit refresh, but nothing happened. Also, is it the whole package I’m uploading (‘themeforest-[numbers]-ever-after-onepage-parallax-concrete5-theme’) which has two folders in ‘theme-everafter’ and ‘documentation’, or just one of those files?
Do you have a step by step process of doing this, by the way. I fear I may be asking you lots of questions otherwise.
Also, having watched ENDLESS videos, I noticed this product isn’t featured in the Concrete5 marketplace, which is making this much more difficult to upload. Is that right?
