I would purchase this item but it appears that support is no longer provided and previous purchasers are ignored on missing documentation and the .php file. Let me know if the template is supported.

Thank you for replying. Based on your reply seen above, I went ahead and purchased. Sadly, like others said, the documentation folder is empty and there is no .php file for the contact form AND there is NO pricing tables as you responded to one person (tanyacms) 4 months ago when asked about this. You replied… “Yes the theme has pricing table feature, you can see it here: :http://themes.webdevia.com/flat-metro-html/#Services Maybe we can all see that you have it, and the documentation and the .php file. The problem is… those that trusted you and purchased, based on your representations, do NOT have them. I think you need to do a really fast update based on what you claim to support. I look forward to getting pricing tables, php file, documentation as advertised, thank you.

Why not release a new update with everything for the purchasers that delivers everything included and working? If I needed tech support I would use the contact form or a support forum.
Yes I’m preparing an update of theme that well be released soon.
I think this is the right thing to do for all purchasers and it should be uploaded today or tomorrow at the latest. I won’t wait until my card statement arrives. If I buy it today. I expect to use it today.
Can you please supply the documentation for the HTML5 theme. We would like to know how to set up the blog and add new portfolio items (the text version).

not only documentation folder missing even .php file shown in list of file when i purchased but that also not included in files. really hurt after purchasing this project

Hello. Very nice template. I wanted to buy it, but I see that there is a problem. It works well in the browser on your computer, tablet, but does not work on your mobile phone. Menu of the main page is constantly flashing. I think it’s because of the sliders. I see that in versions for Joomla and WordPress is no such problem. It is only in the html version.
Hi! How can I add other projects in Portfolio page?
Bought the theme yesterday. The documentation is still missing. I love the theme. But it is frustrating that there’s a few bits in the theme that I’ll basically have to guess when I’m changing them.
i really want to like this template, but before i spend money on it i have one question. Why does the map keep crashing into the other pages? Every time you transition to a page in the demo the map pops up.

Why would we have to chat? I bought your template and inside the Documentation folder is nothing. I am not alone as you can see. Just uncompress your template yourself and see for yourself! I don’t get it. I also don’t get that Envato did not return my support request to them directly. I have purchased over 600 Envato products over the past few years and have not experienced the inattention I am getting now. Please fix your zip file!

Did you read my comment? I’m the guy that BOUGHT your template and asked you to fix the problem that there is a very incomplete zip file you have up right now. There is no documentation in the Documentation folder and the Flat-Metro Theme folder has much missing. I thought I would hear from you. Instead you are replying to non-purchasers congratulations. I am surprised at the lack of response. I would like Envato to occasionally observe the Comments area of all new themes. I don’t think anyone is doing so!
