I am using the Flexblog Theme thta I just purchased through Envato Market. Purchase Code: 66a8db63-a4ac-4af7-a838-d1bec50f878e
I have three issues:
1) On the Posts Widget, there is a setting for number of posts to display. No matter what I set it to, it displays 11 posts in the sidebar.
2) When I try to add Widgets to any of the Footer Widget Spaces, I get an error message “An error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.” I have tried re-loading and it’s always the same issue.
3) List items display the “bullet” above the line of text. The happens in the Admin when editing pages or posts. In some cases it displays normally on the public site, but in others it displays with the bullet above the text item.

Hello. I just bought the theme but I could not upload to wordpress. It said “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”. May I know how to correct the mistake?

This is a common WordPress theme upload issue. Looks like you have uploaded a “main.zip” file which you have downloaded from Themeforest, it’s NOT correct! You need to extract the package and upload ”flexblog.zip” on your website, then you won’t get that error

I purchased your Flexblog theme and am having trouble when I try to publish a post. It gives me the error “Updating failed. Could not update post in database.” in a red banner across the top. Ive deleted all of the blog posts and tried to start fresh and it continues to give me this error. Please let me know what I need to do to fix this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I just purchased your theme for my website macleodlife.com. I created 3 pages (contact, privacy, about me) but I keep receiving “There has been a critical error on this website.” When I switch out themes the pages work. I’ve also deactivated all the plugins in an attempt to trouble shoot the issue, but it keeps recurring.

Hello, I wanted to update to the latest theme, but Wordpress throws error:
The package could not be installed. The PHP version on your server is 7.4.33, however the uploaded theme requires 7.5.
Theme installation failed.
I do not have version 7.5 available, nor it can be found anywhere. I can upgrade manually to version > 8, but I do not want to break anything. Can you please advice what to do?

We are trying to use One Click Demo Import to import the contents, but it keeps failing with the error “Import Failed, Whoops, there was a problem importing your content, Error: error (504).”
Do we need the activation key to activate the theme licence to import the contents?
