Can you tell me when we can expect an update of the Theme, to work proprely with Woocommerce 3.5 ? Curently have a lot of Outdated WooCommerce Templates creating a non fonctional site so far. Any advices to get on a solution as quick as possible ? Much Thanks & Best regards

Version 1.2.7 is the latest version in TF which can compatible with WooCommerce 3.2.5. So make sure to download and update the theme to the latest version.

Sadly i got a serious issue with the “Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Swatches Plugin” that dont function anymore as expected …. i hardly find good documentation about it ….
Should i do “UPDATE” as described in your documentation (from other plugin like Visual composer, Dynamic Images … ect) by Desactivated / Delete / then Apparence / install plugin ….
Would it be possible to reinstall it from there once deleted? I guess the plugin need an update …. I’m just afraid to loose a lot of data right now …
I read something about a template to locate and move from the plugin to the theme …. but tried everything without solution
Would appreciate your help (my support time just ended unfortunatly)

Can you check the plugin version? Is this 2.4? Because 2.4 is the latest version of Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Swatches Plugin.

For update plugin, as it is a premium plugin so you can update it with the same way as other plugins like Visual Composer. But if you afraid to lose the data, you can extract the plugin file provided in the download package/plugins and replace it with the old plugin folder in wp-content/plugins/
Make sure to backup the site.

We are using the Home Decor theme as a starting point for our website. On the home page is a FRANCO PRODUCT VC module set up to use Featured Product Isotope Grid, style 5. But if a product is assigned to several categories, it displays ALL of the categories breaking the layout. How can we change this to display only the first, or primary category and how can we do it to the child theme so future upgrades do not overwrite the change? Cheers…

- For the product category, have you set up the FTP for the site?
- For the copyright text, it gets the same copyright text as footer type 1 so you can change it in Theme Options > Footer> Select footer type 1 > change copyright text > select back to footer type 9 > Click Save changes.

To change the number of products per page, you should go to Theme Options > shop and change the number in Product per page option. http://prntscr.com/eoaamhIf the above way doesn’t work and it always displays only 8 products per page, please update the theme version to fix the problem.

I’m having a problem with the element “Franco Instagram feed”. I add the element to my page and fill the name account. But even though It displays a link to that account, the array of pictures is from the default “Franco” hashtag.

I recently purchased your theme and I like it very much, but I have a little problem that I hope you can help me with.
I want to use the header type 14, wich has two top menus separated with the Logo. I’m usiing it on my Homepage but when I see the website on small screen devices, the toggle menu only displays the items of the right side menu.
Is there a way to display also the items on the left side menu as well?

For clearly understanding, for header type 14 (home jewelry), we provide 3 menu locations:
1. Menu Jewelry Left: It is for the menu on the left side of the logo.
2. Menu Jewelry Right: It is for the menu on the right side of the logo.
3. Menu Jewelry: It is the menu item which displays in mobile.
So for your problem, you should create menu and assign it to Menu Jewelry location in Appearance > Menu

For main color changing, you should go to Theme Options> Skin > General and change the primary color. After that, you should turn on Compile CSS options in Skin tab and click Save changes.
