Hello. I liked the theme. Where’s WHMCS demo?
WHMCS portal inckude within theme file.. Currently we don’t g=have any valid whmcs licence thats why We don’t have any demo.. but we will add demo soon.

Yes you can use dreamweaver also if you have idea with code editor then go with visualstudio or subblime. Yes you can remove preloader from code.
