Adding Recaptcha is a complex work, which cannot be described in a few words in the comment section. It includes the PHP, JS, HTML and CSS code modification and cannot be realized within the support. You can refer to this Google tutorial for more info https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/intro We can only plan the update with this form.

This is a pure HTML, you can covert it to any CMS. It depends on which CMS you or your developers like and know better. We work with WordPress and plan to create a WordPress version of this template in future.

Why your image file with webp? It’s killing my time! I think not good for me.
It’s a very easy to convert your images into webp with any converter tool. For example http://www.romeolight.com/products/webpconv/
Also if you don’t need that you can simply DELETE them 
<picture> <source type="image/webp" srcset="**" data-srcset="*.webp"> <img class="lazyload" loading="lazy" src="*" data-src="*" alt="logo" /> </picture>Simply delete first line
<source type="image/webp" srcset="**" data-srcset="*.webp">

There are also no errors in browser console that could indicate the problem.
Probably there is cache in your browser or some browser extension that may conflict with the template scripts. Please, check on it.

The webp images do not display in Chrome browser, I tried alternative png images for lazy load but these do not show as well.

The problem is not with the images format, but that you open files from your local drive. You should either disable lazy load, or use web server for chrome. For more details please refer to the articles below:
