Hello there,
I am looking at this theme for purchase but wanted to ask a few questions before doing so.
1. The pop-up at the bottom that pops up from time to time saying “141 people are looking at this product!”
Is this something that is built into the theme or a separate plugin? Is it something you can customize to say what you would like or just different things.
2. The navigation at the top – when I am viewing it from Chrome it seems to be slightly fuzzy looking. The logo on the left and the cart info on the right are clear but the navigation in the middle is blurry. So is the drop down when you hover over “shop” link.
Hi there,
1) Yes, this uses plugin. 2) I’m not seeing this fuzziness? Can you send a screenshot to us of what you’re seeing via a private ticket? You can do so via the ‘Support’ tab at the top of this page – thanks.
Does this require Elementor Pro to use? or does it require it to do any of the Woocommerce work?
Hey there! It’s regular Elementor – you can’t include the Pro version within a theme. It’s not required for any WooCommerce work.
Hi, I’m a potential buyer with just about basic knowledge. I have a few queries. Can this theme be used for selling stock photographs? The theme requirements are,
1] Tabs Required before the user logs in: – Home (Contains all pictures) – Pricing (Pricing of subscription based membership where the user can download set number of images based on their subscription, with recurring payments per month/year) – About Us -Blog -Contact US -My Account button (Login/register)
2] Tabs required after user logs in : -Home -My Wishlist – Download History -About Us -Blog -Contact Us -My Account (Account details/logout) 3] We also need multi vendor option.
Please suggest if these requirements can be setup on this theme.
If yes, what are the plugins required.
Do I get SSL certificate with the theme?
Is it compatible with WP 5.0.3?
Would you be upgrading the theme to make it Gutenberg Compatible in the future?
Thanks and regards
Hi there,
SSL certificates are provided by your hosting company – not a theme. Yes, it is compatible with 5.0.3. It includes Gutenberg compatibility but we prefer Elementor for laying out more complex pages.
There is an extension for WooCommerce which may provide more functionality around selling photography – https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-photography/
I’d contact Woo directly with queries on it.
Re: tabs – multi-vendor queries – this is out of scope for a theme – you’d need custom development work on this. You can ask Codeable for a quote on this – https://commercegurus.com/go/codeable

We purchased and have been working with support on the support site. Its taking way to long to respond. Simple question where do you remove the “free shipping free returns” box on the products pages?
Important to note that Elementor needs to be enabled in settings otherwise support will tell you memory is low. Also cannot drag Elementor apps in IE must use Chrome to work.
Each question we asked got a wrong or vague response and we had to figure it out on our own. Beware of this. We bought this template for speed only. Almost done and will see how fast it really is, only a few apps.
Was able to get everything worked out. Site is fast and so far so good. Works excellent in responsive also.
Purchased theme and installed demo data… all good.
Then I tried to install demo homepages but nothing would import so now I am faced with trying to recreate the homepage design that I wanted (Homepage #5)
I have increased my upload limit via config and htc so there should be no worries there.
it’s just that every time I try to import any homepage examples (yes, I have tried them all!), the importer runs, then tells me it was successful yet nothing happens or changes. No extra page, nothing.
Becoming very frustrated.
Additionally, all of the Elementor controls are out of wack (CSS issue) so that they dont actually sit on the edge of the element.
It looks like there is a -ve margin value or something as the control floats over the element below it.
So now I have a heading that sits above an image. cannot move the Heading element because I cannot “grab” the element control to drag it around the page.
EDIT:
I inspected the element inside Elementor Edit and found that there is a conflict in the CSS that is causing all of the element tabs to be pushed down.
elementor ul.elementor-editor-element-settings { word-break: normal; padding: 0; }
.single-post .entry-content ol, .single-post .entry-content ul, .comment-text ol, .comment-text ul, .single-post .entry-content table, .page:not(.woocommerce) .entry-content ol, .page:not(.woocommerce) .entry-content ul, .page:not(.woocommerce) .entry-content table { margin-top: 1.6em; margin-bottom: 1.6em; }
If I turn off the margin (top / bottom) in the above class, the Elementor control tabs shift back to the top of each respective section.
Can you pls advise what to do here? This is an out of the box install and I am concerned that there is a CSS conflict coming from WooCommerce that can essentially break the Elementor editing interface.
Hi there – can you submit a private support ticket via the ‘Support’ tab at the top of this page, including your site link and WP login details so that we can take a look at your install.

Simon
I don’t see WooCommerce 3.5.x as being supported. Is that true?
Hi there. Yes, it does support 3.5x. ThemeForest hasn’t added 3.5x as a theme compatibility tag yet.
Perfect, thank you!
Any chance you could implement the quick view function as you have on your other themes also?
Hey there, thanks for the suggestion! FYI since then, some Baymard research says that Quick View features don’t tend to convert very well – https://baymard.com/blog/ecommerce-quick-views
We’ll keep this request in mind for future updates.
Cheers!
Simon
Beautiful theme – love its features. GLWS!
Thank you!
Great Work, Congratulations GLWS
Thank you!
Great product. Its really keeping its promise so far.
Please note that the message to install required plugins disappear when activating the child theme.
Thank you for the kind words! Yes, that message will appear only when the parent theme is active – you can still access this via Appearance > Install Plugins.
Best, Simon
Congrats with featured item!
Cheers!
Hi, the theme supports RTL?
Hey there! Not yet – it’s in our future plan if there’s demand for RTL!
Very fast
GLWS.
Thanks!
Hi there,
1. Is it possible to use this theme with another page builder, for example WPBakery or Visual Composer?
2. What’s the difference between this ’’Hypermart’’ theme and the ’’Shoptimizer’’ theme on your website?
Hey there!
- Sure – it’ll work with any page builder. The demo data uses Elementor though – and we think this is a good choice for the future.
- A different design primarily
Thanks for your reply:)
Do you need to buy the ’’Shoptimizer’’ theme again after 1 year, to receive future updates?
Hey there – since this is a forum for Hypermart – can you shoot us a direct message for any other queries – support@commercegurus.com – thanks!
Congrats, this looks awesome, Quick questions: is it Gutenberg (new WP update) ready? thx
Hey there! Thanks! Yes, it is – we’re also planning an additional single post template layout without a sidebar so you can better utilize full width images using Gutenberg.
hello, work with quick view? i dont see it! thanks
Hi there! We don’t have a quick view option because they don’t work. This is worth a read: https://baymard.com/blog/ecommerce-quick-views
It’s a pity, my users only use the quick view because they do not need to leave the page where they are. They buy products in quantity and if I send them to the product page, the usability becomes tedious, I have already studied it and the quick view gave me the best results. I also read the note you are referring to but I do not think it applies to all cases. You can see my site in candycraft .com .ar
Great Work, Congratulations GLWS
Cheers!
