15.6 inch wide (16:9) screen. This is not particularly small for Notebook PC I think…

I am not worried about it too much now, it is good to know we probably do not see it happening most of the times, though I still do not understand why in my environment phone numbers are not staying in the field. Phone numbers are not displayed in two lines to stay in the field as in your screenshot, easily go outside of it just like in the screenshot in my previous comment.

I guess you are doing book mark. we have checked and phone numbers are fine to see on mobiles. there is enough space. we checked iphone 6, galaxy 7, iphone 4 (it’s small size). there is no the phone number issue on all of devices.
No book mark or login or anything particular done by me, I just opened some item pages of javo demosite, If that is what you mean.
hmm.. we don’t find this issue on our side. maybe you can try with another device or computer browser. 
Hello, A few questions. I would like to know about Featured Listing possibilities. Are there options to put some company at the top of Listing for category or city. Let say you have two Listing options: Free & Payed. If customer start to search something (category + location) the companies who payed some fees always at top for they location. Plus Extra Featured Listing on Home Page for extra money. Is there option to have Mega Menu (Categories, Shop)? Are there some options for SEO (custom title tag & description tag)? Usually the Listing Title is for company name purposes. Nice option to have. Item Detail? Sound very strange if you add the company or coffee shop… Any option to change it… also TOP, DETAIL… and so on. And if you have to use other language than English… ? Possibilities to change the order Item Detail, Vendor, Description…?

1. If you purchase “advanced map addon” ( Addons ) there is an option to list “featured listing first” on map list. and there will be new demo soon. you can put featured listing shortcode on your own pages. it’s also possible now.
2. We don’t have mega menu. you need to find a plugin for our theme.
3. We haven’t worked on any SEO plugin compatibility. I heard from our buyers that yoast SEO plugin works fine.
4. Change ONLY strings (words). if you use a translation plugin, you can change them whatever you want. if you need to change the spyscroll landing point (where it stops), you need to customize code little bit.
Please make sure that our support team doesn’t provide customization. they only assist simple code assistance for your needs. if it’s not, you may need to do by yourself or hire someone.

I like the theme, it works well on desktop but i’ve found hard the navigation on mobile..btw i have some questions:
- the advanced filters arrow on the homepage doesn’t work well on mobile.
- where can i buy the lava plugins? there is any other premium plugins to buy?
- there is a place for the ads?(i’d like to put some ads in the resturant description for example)
- what are the differences between the other “Javo Directory Wordpress Theme”?
- there is a Facebook Login option?

The arrow issue is from background setup. we will have a look and change the setup.

You can add some banners or any ads (ex. google ads) on any pages. except some fixed pages (maps, register form, single listings ( you can add it on description), ... some fixed template pages)
Javo spot is based on javo directory. we would say javo spot is more advanced on.
There will be social login addon in the future by lava code team.

why does ‘geolocation’ not work on the demo? Safe to assume it would work on a live site?

Hi, I like this theme a lot, however, I read in the comments that there is not the ability to create custom amenities and assign them by category, so I was thinking of using a Post Type Builder to create the taxonomies and associated data and add them to the content on the page layout (for each listing) via shortcode. That way, I can display the data I need in the area I choose, and it will have my relevent amenities, etc…
With that said, will the search function, filters, and map reflect the new taxonomies, or is it tied to the taxonomies setup in this theme only? I am hoping it will use any taxonomies in the Wordpress system, in which I will remove the taxonomies pre-built in and categories, and create a new structure.
Does that seem possible?
The main thing I am concerned with is that I do not want to make a general “directory”, however a niche directory that has much different categories and taxonomies than what is shown on your demos. Thanks so much!

Amenities are for all of categories. there is no option to assign for categories. do you mean you want to use your own post-type and taxonomies for maps or lists? of course, it’s not possible. it’s not that simple. there are already a custom post type (pre-bulit) ( lv_listing ) and it’s related to all of them. you can’t just change or add your own post type and taxonomies. you need to customize php files for your own taxonomies and remove the old ones (pre-built by lava plugin and our team)
If you need to customize data parts (post-type, taxonomies), you need to customize php, js files. hire someone or do yourself. our support team doesn’t assist private customization.

You can change code if you want. you need to change lava directory plugin. (it’s a free plugin). you need to handle php code on lava directory manager and our theme core parts. Hi, I have bought the theme, but after trying in localhost found that search filter is not working for category and location although it is working fine for keyword. All posts are showing in the map/list page if selecting any one category/location. I have imported demo2 and map data refreshed(json) also done.
In your http://javothemes.com/spot/demo2/, it is working but similar problem is in the http://javothemes.com/spot/demo11/, where even if you search for category “education”, “beauty” is coming first and all the 15 listing(s) are showing.
